Insanity peoples story:You were transported here after so you were framed for killing your loved ones or somepony else your sanity drifted after being in there for 4 years you've never seen the sun for so long or light at all and after year 4th you snapped but after being locked kn ther a riot breaks out and you think it's the greatest cover for escaping but before you can leave the security lock down goes off.
Sane people: you've spent a month in the ward and your already snapping your having flashbacks of what you didn't do but what you saw happen wrong place at the wrong time you get no visitors and the court didn't believe your plead so now your about to go over to insanity before a riot breaks out and before you can escape a barricade full of guards is blocking your path and the security lock down goes off
Guards:you work for a man know as THE Doctor he's a sick minded pony who built the ward and now runs it your job is to keep all Insane ponys in check and keep an eye on Sane ponys they could snap but as you were doing your normal rounds when over the radio and camara you see that a Riot is going on in one of the command wings right in front of THE Doctors office but as soon as you get though to the command wing the security doors close behind you and theres only one way to get out though the insanity wings.
