I have a RP idea, though it is a bit 'grimdark'. The basic idea is that you take the Equestria from the tv show and mirror it. Empress Celestia and Empress Luna would be evil tyrants, though at one point Luna because good and changed her name to Starlight Moon. Instead of Discord you have Harmony, who actually lead Luna to becoming Starlight Moon. The Six would the empresses 'generals' and weilders of the Dark Elements: Spite (instead of Magic), Deceit (instead of Honesty), Treachery (instead of Loyalty), Greed (instead of Generosity), Fear (instead of Laughter), and Cruelty (instead of Kindness).
For conflict there would the Equestrian Empire against the Midnight Order, which was started by Starlight Moon and Harmony as a safe haven for ponies wishing protection against the empresses and the Six... which is now watched over by Harmony because of Starlight Moon was forced to become evil again because of the Dark Elements. High level members of the Midnight Order would be Blueblood, Trixie, Gilda, Flim and Flam, Ditsy Doo, exc. There could even be the possible of Harmony making the counterparts to the Dark Elements (a.k.a. the Elements of Harmony).
That was my plan, though I haven’t figured out who would have the Kindness. My plan is that as they are in many ways counterparts to the Six: Trixie would be Magic, Blueblood would be Generosity, Gilda would be Loyalty, Ditsy would be Laughter, Flim and Flam would be Honesty, and Kindness… I haven’t figured it out.
