Pinkie Pie is such a charming character. She's very bubbly and eccentric, which I find to be great qualities in a character (provided it's done right).

She's has her moments where she is annoying to me, but mostly she's so hilarious, even when she's mad, like in the Applejack Breaks her Pinkie Promise video.

I wouldn't use either of these words in the context given, but they can also both be true.
Pinkie is for lack of a better word, eccentric, and some people may find that as a plus in terms of charm but others may find it annoying.

Seeing as how this is a question based on personal opinion not much is left to debate besides a back and forth of "uh huh" "nuh uh" "uh huh" "nuh uh"

I personally find an eccentric girl to be a delight, so take that how you will.

I don't think she's annoying or charming, but rather the word I would use to describe her is simply HILARIOUS. She is so totally the comic relief in the show and she cracks me up. I will vote charming though simply because I like her rather than am annoyed by her.

This pretty much is what I think; Only pony that makes me laugh more is Derpy for obvious reasons.

I just started watching FiM recently so I'm still in season 1. I've heard lots about Derpy but I have actually not seen an ep with Derpy in it, I'm watching FiM on netflix and I just finished watching the episode where the Cutie Mark Crusaders form. anything past that I haven't had a chance to watch yet. But I look forward to getting to see Derpy as I have a feeling it's gonna be awesome!
