I don't think that pizza hut would do it in Britain. MLP isn't as big over here. Besides, we can't get special requests with our pizzas (as far as I know)

Most brony polls put the majority of bronies in the United States. Remember, the U.S. is many times larger than the U.K. and a lot less dense population wise.
