That's right mares and gentlecolts, this competition is something special!
As some of you may have noticed, Everypony Radio has an official OC (DJ Autobrony), but we on the staff have been thinking that he's a bit lonely all by himself, so we've decided that he needs some friends! We have 2 other areas of the site, the Forums and the Blogs, so we thought they should get their own ponies too, and that's where you come in!
This competition is to design 2 ponies - one for the forums, one for the blogs - and 2 cutie marks to fit those ponies. They can be any gender, any type, any shape! The only restriction is to try not to make them look like anypony from the show intentionally. These designs will be shared amongst the staff and the top 5 ponies and cutie marks for both sections will be put to a vote for you guys to select to represent the forums and blogs!
As for the prize, you will get something very special. EVERY participant in this will be allowed to submit their OC to be featured in various banners we're designing for the site, so just entering the competition gets you something!
Rules for the entries are as followed:
1. It MUST be any type of pony EXCEPT an alicorn!
2. Can be any gender, size, colour and shape!
3. Pony and cutie mark MUST be submitted separately! Your pony might not get chosen, but your cutie mark might, and vice versa, so please keep them seperate!
4. Only submit TWO ponies (ONE for Forums, ONE for Blogs) and TWO cutie marks (one for each pony).
5. Please give your ponies names! Ideal ones would be community based or ones based on their area of the site! If a name is not submitted with them, we may use one from another entry!
6. Have fun!
You have until the 7th of September to submit your entries! We look forward to seeing them!
