No call ins, no ponies in need of her help, it was a slow day. Even her friends Esi and Zecora have been quiet. She decided to finish up some herbal projects she was working on and she got to work before long. While she was working on her herbalisum, she noticed a letter slipped under her door. She goes to open her door to see no pony there. Closing her door she see looked to the letter and picked it up with her magic to see what it said and after reading it over she raised a brow at it as Princess Celestia has summoned her. "Why does Celestia want me?" Violia asks herself aloud. She could only guess, but she may as well not ignore something like this. It must be serious if she is being summon by the leader of Equestria.
Azrael had been in an undisclosed location of the Everfree, enjoying a walk, when he found the letter pinned to a tree. Must have been a pretty decent mailmare. He grabbed the letter in his magic and read it. "Princess Celestia wants me? They must need some brawn," he said quietly to himself. After reading it, he left to return hie briefly, grabbing his signature jacket, before making his way to the castle right away.
Mat had been staying at the Canterlot Inn, when he had gotten the message. He shrugged, jumping out of his room's window, landing on the ground. He began to make his way to the castle. The red stallion chuckled, "... Interesting, I wonder exactly what's up.... and if I'm going to be the only one there." He quickly dashes towards the castle, a grin on his face.
Violia soon went on her way and navigated the treacherous Everfree Forest. She knew the paths by heart and she knew she was on the right track when she passed by Zecora's hut. She was not sure what will await her at the castle but she knew she had to make her way there quick.
Azrael made his way to the castle and invited himself into the main throne room. He wasn't sure if this was proper, but he gave no *squee!*s. This looked like it could be fun, and he was beyond ready to go. In person, he was a huge stallion, barely a few inches shorter than Princess Celestia. He also smelled of formaldehyde, and was full on chaos magic. Clearly something was unusual about this pony.
Mat had entered the castle, and had entered the throne room. His jaw almost dropped the moment he saw Azrael, "...No way. Again?"
Violia arrived a bit latter than Azrael and Mat. Noticing the two stallions there, she wonders what Celestia had in store. Looking around, no one seemed to be there yet aside from them. Maybe they were early?
Azrael looked over at Mat. "Hmm. It seem we are inseparable. That, or you are stalking me, and need to back off."
Mat rolls his eyes, "... Please. Why would I stalk you, I don't want another fight with you." He looked at Violia, giving a small wave, "Hello."
Violia approached the others and she nods. "Hello." She says plainly but softly. She didn't look directly at Azrael or Mat however, though is acknowledging them.
Violia looks to Azrael. "I think so. I don't think she would skip a meeting that she arranged herself." She says softly. "Maybe she is just busy at the moment."
Mat nods, "The Princess does have a bunch of other duties... Royalty just seems like an all day job. I do wonder if they've got any food around here though."
"Well." Azrael pulled a flask from his jacket and took a sip. "An excuse for a day off. This is fine by me."
(Ahhh, sorry. I completely forgot.) Just then, a blue pegasus rushed in. "I'm not late, Am I?!" She said, with a worried look. Previously, she had been out, luckily in Canterlot. She had visited a neighboring observatory and found a note on the door addressing her. At first, she was confused, but it then turned to shock and amazement as she darted to the castle.
Violia then shook her head. "No, you're on time. Celestia has yet to meet with us, though I think she'll be here soon." She says to blue pegasus that just came in.
