There are no real 'rules' on how to RP, so it's up to RP chat mods to not only set the standards but also enforce the rules and make sure that an RP remains fun for all involved. RP Chat duties include, but are not restricted to: -Keeping the peace in Chat -Ensuring more mature RPs are kept away from the site -Ensuring rules are enforced -Keeping the RP Chat open and welcoming to new RPers RP Chat moderators will be chosen by Site Admins and RP Chat staff. I would like to apply for chat moderator. The chat could use more attention, I feel I can be useful in the there. I have a strong respect for rules. I am on the chat quite frequently. I am on at least several hours a day. I can be there often to keep things flowing nicely. It's not often there are mods in the chat when I am on. I could be the someone keeping an eye on things and the chat a friendly place. Now that the chat is becoming more popular. I like to think I am helpful. I do love to help others any way I can. I always keep a very open mind and give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I have read through the chat rules many times, and I am very familiar with all of the rules of the entire site. I should note I have no experience, but I am willing to learn. I would like to apply for chat moderator as well. I know I may not qualify...but lately the chat has been getting out of hand really bad from midnight till sunrise. It's just getting too disrespectful and violent. I can't simply stand by and watch how some users abuse the chat and make others feel uncommfortable. Some of the users here are really young and shouldn't really watch and read that kind of madness. I love Everypony, I'm here pretty much everyday, for long periods of time. I've really grown to enjoy the company of other users and how warm and welcoming most of the staff is. that's pretty much the reason I'm applying. I Wish I had something else to add to this, but unfortunately there isn't. I'm new at this however i can be here when most can't i'd also like to keep unnecessary behavior out of the chats like arguments that involve things not appropiate for minors i don't wanna abuse it i just wanna keep unwanteds away from such a holy place filled with ponies also on another note i just want to keep this place clean its been good to me since i've been here and i want to repay it somehow and this is one of few ways please think it over thank you
Chat Moderator I would love to be a RP chat moderator. I am new to this site but love it like a family. I want to do anything I can to help it. I am very trustworthy and I'm on at least twice a week. It would be an honor to be able to keep all conversasions clean and pony-perfect!
I have been here for many months now, beginning to RP here in July or August and joining the form officially in September. I have always been loyal to roleplay and always communicated well with the community. I'd get in fights here and there but of course, when you gather a bunch of teens in one place, it's bound to happen. Roleplay is almost my heart and soul, and that's why I defend my opinions on what and what shouldn't happen so strongly. The RP Chat has been all over the place lately, confusing, and just not peaceful. I can keep the peace around the chat and monitor the content of RPs while I RP myself. I am strongly loyal to Everypony, wanting to revive the old RP chat constantly. I'm one of the few who came back from Skype when the chat came back. I appreciate your consideration. -Soft Serve
Hey, Fox here, I would love to be a moderator for the Rp chat, and these are my reasons why: 1uring the summer I'll be able to be on most of the day, while other people might be busy with a job or other things. 2:I absolutely love this site, and for the last year ive been on this site, ive enjoyed every bit of it, through it Ive met some truly amazing people and friends, and I dont think this site needs anyone breaking any rules. 3:I get along with near everyone i meet, and if people need help i know where to look. 4:Im willing to do whatever is needed to keep people following the rules. I would love to be a chat moderator for a number of reasons, and I shall list some: 1. I would respect the position, and uphold the rules. 2. I respect the rules, and understand why they are important. 3. I spend quite some time in the chatrooms, and I can log an (depending) hour a day, and more than 24 every fortnight because i get some good net. 4. I would keep the role-play chat safe, and make it as welcoming as possible to the next breed of role-playing bronies. 5. I love this site, and I love the chatrooms. Please consider my humble request. Howdy everyone,I'm here to say that I would love to be a chat moderator. I think I could do this because I can keep trolling/flaming down. I used to be one. I know how they work! Also, if I were a chat mod, I would triple check the room to make sure the conversation is mature, considering that a lot of people on here are around 12-16. I love this site very much, and I would hate to see it wrecked by the careless. I can assure you that if I were to become a mod, I would be able to be on a lot, because, well, sleep is overrated. Even through school I usually get off at around 3:45, meaning when I come back, it would be around in that "rush hour" where everyone is on. Thanks for the consideration!
To whom it may concern: It's me Ghruder Robeck Vouldudge I've been thinking about becoming a Chat Moderator for a while now. My schedule is very flexible and open. I'm on at least every other day and I try to assist the moderators when I can. The time I've spent on EP hasn't been long but I try to leave a good impression and keep people happy I know how to maintain the balance in most situations. I'm very tolerant of the way others behave, but I'll ensure the rules are upheld in the chat rooms. My personality isn't easy for me to describe- I'm a joker but I can be very serious when the situation requires it. I make jokes but I don't go overboard. I've been hanging out in the RP chat for awhile, and I've decided to apply for chat moderator. I'm almost always online on Skype, and I'm usually lurking in the chat. I'd consider myself an RP chat "veteran". I know how things need to be run, what the rules are, how to deal with people, etc, and I'm level headed and easygoing, though I obviously put upholding the rules before being a friendly person (though they usually both can happen). The RPing seems to have died down a bit, and I'd like to get it going again. Thanks for considering~
