    Down here in Texas, we fluctuate really really badly.
    In summer, it's hot as hell, in Winter, it's freezing cold and snowy. We Texans call it "Texan Weather".

    I feel bad for any meteorologist that works here; it's so random!

    Pretty much any state in the south has Hot and Cold weather depending on the season.

    It sucks, I rather have snow or cold than the humidity and heat. (Excluding; Blizzards.)
