Glad to hear that things ended up going well ultimately with the power situation~ Fair enough. I figured you either didn't actually know or you were joking around. But I am glad to know it was more the fore than the latter. Not that I would of worried about to much either way. We all enjoy games at different levels.
I think it's safe to say that Skyrim has become my bread and butter game. Still a huge Zelda fan though and ALttP is still my all time fave.
Though Skyrim is way more fun with mods. Especially when you've done practically everything in the game and beat the story multiple times. Honestly, the modding scene is the only thing keeping Skyrim alive at this point.
Yeah I have nothing to say on Skyrim. But you mentioned modding, and that made me think of Dragon Quest Builders. No real modding that I know of but it's a sand box game and every time I replay it I just build differently trying different ideas.
Usually when I think of mods, I think of Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. The game chugs processing power like I used to chug soda, so I haven't spent much time on it, but I've seen some videos of others playing it. The modding community for that game is just ridiculous.
Most Bethesda games are about the mods. One of the things that turned me off about Fallout 76 was the lack of mods you could use. They were able to use that crappy engine because mods could fix the bugs. Then you make a game when all the bugs are on the server and there are no mods to fix them? They never really thought it through. And years later, still no actual private/local server options which would allow for true modding. Last game I ever pre-ordered, last game I ever will. At least it taught me that lesson.
I kinda found that weird with 76 as well. Both Skyrim and the Fallout games normally have a Unofficial Patch mod to fix alot of engine and gameplay bugs. Generally making the games far more playable.
I feel kind of bad I didn't do any IMVU ponies for Halloween. I was going to at least do Sunset, but Hero Wars ate up so much time I forgot.
So. Ever-loving. Busy. Hellooo, multi-property project that's lasted two weeks and counting, can you stop now please? Would reeealllyyyy like to get back to doing actual writing at some point...
The only writing I ever do these days is for Fantasy Cup on the model forum. And that only lasts for 2 months.
To each their own. Though like the Harry Potter and Star Wars movies. Though I am not about to say that they're flawless. Though I am saying this as someone who recently caught a glimpse or two of the old Star Wars and a Harry Potter movie recently on T.V. I forgot how jank the Yoda puppet was. Heh. Speaking of~ A Jurassic Park one was made~
I'm not really a fan of either series, it's just after reading the Harry Potter Books, the movies are just so disappointing. The first Magical Beast movie was awesome, I wish I knew what happened to make the second so bad.
