I've never had much artistic ability, so back when I first created her I chose Tomo Takino from "Azumanga Daioh" as her visual basis. The hairstyle is hers. Her hybrid form's based on the Pokemon Delcatty, so that's where all that extra fluff around her neck comes from. And in case anyone (aside from Lio) is wondering about that extra belt she's got, it's because she's got one of the protagonists from "Powerpuff Girls Z" living in her brain.

I don't know what's up but I've been getting a lot of scammers lately Hellper08 gets added to the list of scammers. Why do morons think sending note with you account is blocked would fool anyone. It's very easy to check if you account is blocked, log off and see if you can find it.
Been getting those a lot on DA. I just delete them and move on. The most common ones are the ones asking to use my art in a collage and that I'll be credited and paid.
I got another one of those last night too. On the other hand WitchLefeyTG ask to do a collage of my work, but didn't offer to pay me and said it was to promote my work.
