It's 4am, but this day has got off to a bad start. A girl asked me out over Facebook. She's really not my type, but she's decent person, and for some reason finds my Tourette's cute. Dim, but nice. She's been talking to me a lot, but only now has she said anything. I said no. I turned her down. I told her I wasn't looking for a relationship as I was far too busy and generally not interested in one. Thing is, I kind of lied. Just evaluating my life, haven't been in a relationship in about 3-4 years, I constantly isolate myself from anyone interested then just sweep it under the rug. I'm on my own and it's my fault. It's not as if there's nobody out there, I know several girls, I just don't do anything about it. It's not nerves, it's just something I don't really understand about myself. I don't really know why I shared this. Sympathy or pity is useless, and it's not something anyone but me can do anything about. Guess I'm just a lonely Lupr and I'm doing stupid things. Might go to Asda and buy some ice cream and watch romantic films in my pyjamas wallowing in my own self pity, or whatever it is girls do, I don't know. Oh yeah, Asda is shut. Balls.
Not much to say about today. Work was Alright, as for that i had fun in all, but some parts at work during the day were sour and felt like some people had attitudes like "Uhhhh! What do you want?" Beside that. Today was Okay for me. After work i just dropped off the Toon Link Plush i bought for my Buddy and then left his house for mine. Arriving home, at this point I just wanted to relax and listen to some music to enjoy and the folks are gone and its just me and the computer.
Friday: Didn't sleep at all. Instead, I stayed up all night and drank a 12-pack with my brother-in-law. Saturday: Slept all morning this time. Spent the afternoon playing MHTri : ) Sunday: Sunday = Funday. Played all day and rested ^^ Monday: Went to go buy something... Haven't been on these days because I currently lack a computer. Holidays for Me! Won't be starting University (Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences) till early March, and is hell trying to find a job in Hamilton, NZ. Been playing a ton of The Old Republic for its early access, Practicing my programming skills, and going through the first run of MLP (up to season 2 ep 7). Most of my days are the same, seeing as my friends are doing nearly the same thing...
Slow day, started a new project, had some fun with it. Going to bed early so I can pick up on it early tomorrow.
It started off rough with my finding out that two of the video games I sold on ebay never arrived at their destinations, and so I'll probably have to refund the money for both of them. If the games don't come back to me somehow, that's like $80 I just blew trying to sell them, since I obviously won't be able to sell them again if they got lost in the mail. Add to that the fact that I've felt dizzy since yesterday, and I can honestly say I've had better days. Alternatively, I got my grandmother's sign stained, and built the framework for a room divider that my mother wants to hide out cat's litter box so that people can't see it over the holidays when everyone will be at our house.
Today was Fine at first but now i having second doubts to it. My girlfriend is making me think of not being with her, anymore. She is changing into something i just can't stand. She needs to stop or i'm out. If she wants to ruin her Christmas, then that's fine but i'm going to go and enjoy mine with friends and family that i'm have a magical time on the 24th and 25th. She flat out told that i found heartless and i ask her why that was rude thing to say and now she says she is heartless to everyone and i don't want anyone like that in my life. I'm thinking of leaving her and don't want to see her.
I'm not really sure what the problem is, since yo didn't really go into detail, but if you still like her and this is just a isolated incident, then I would try to talk with her and find out what is really going on, work it out and get past it. If you break up with someone over something that really isn't a big issue to begin with, you wont realize it until later and you'll very likely regret it. Just sayin' Also, if her Christmas is gonna suck and yours is gonna be rad, why not invite her to hang with your family/friends? As for my day, well, every day is pretty much more of the same. I need a new life.
Didn't get a chance to work on my project today, but instead I sold my car, hooray! I'm going to bed, see you all later.
I had no idea you had Tourettes before, I hope dealing with it isn't too strenuous. :/ Anyway, I can really feel for you when it comes to misunderstanding yourself and sweeping things away, I isolate myself because I have trust issues, but I suppose that's almost nothing compared to your tourettes, but I really do feel for you, dude. I hate sharing my feelings and thoughts about my day or any day really on the forum or on my Facebook, what am I going to get if it's a "sad" enough story? Pity. I pitied myself enough before, I really don't need any outside pity. I hope things work out for you dude, I've been trying to figure myself out too. Oh jeez, I hate that attitude, I work full-time at a Chinese restaurant and I know exactly what you're talking about. Toon Link eh? I loved Wind Waker almost as much as I adore Majora's Mask. :] It's best to take it when you think you're ready as opposed to taking it and feeling like might be screwed. Went over to the grandparents with the immediate family. Me and my sister were talking about Adventure Time and how popular it is etc. Then I brought up some facts about MLP seeing as it followed a similar cultural story. She told me she saw an episode to see what the fuss was about and said she thought it was boring, so I, without thinking, asked her what episode it was (it was the dragon one with fluttershy I believe), and now my immediate family knows I watch it (I think my bro and mum shrugged it off though), Kinda depressed with the mocking that is sure to follow, especially if she tells one of my cousins, who hasn't stopped mocking me for catching me watching an advertisement for a barbie movie on Cartoon Network, which was about 4yrs ago. Mockery is something that I can't ignore and have been through it all my life for all sorts of things.
I've felt Mockery as well. At the beginning... you feel low and ashamed, above all, whether you are supposedly too old to watch "childish" shows. After a while, I think a little bit about the situation and feel better because I like what I'm doing and I don't care about what other people or relatives think of. Brony Pride I woke up some time ago... so my day is starting
thanks mate, insults and mean acts get to me easily, and I'm extremely shy and prefer to hide emotion. That is why I love fluttershy: I can relate to her about for so much. In contrast, I love rainbow dash as one of who I would like to be, especially confidence ( or in RD's case, overconfidence ). Contrast is a great thing.
