:derpe: How many bronies am I going to meet with before the meetup even happens. I already met Chocolatechip, Dragonbait, Zephyr Haste, Scyithe, One of my other random college bronies, and a lot of my real life friends who also watch the show.
Snow color - white. Snow amount - Eh, just a few millimeters - a veritable dusting, 'tis all. But, it's the first snow we've had since May, so I'm kind of shocked. We've had one of those really weird winters - warm, pleasant, no snow or rain, even had a few fires. Fires never happen in January! Oh, and awesome video Valor.
When I hear Nevada, I imagine this: It's so hot, it almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter. :derpe:
It's hot in the summer, but we're mountains, too. Reno is 1500 meter elevation, the mean elevation of the state is 1600 meters. And we're pretty far from the ocean, so it gets cold here in the winter. Next batch we get, I'll mail it to you. I hate the stuff.
Something decidedly unfun about it when you have to walk a mile to work in waist deep snow, people are driving like idiots and you fear for your life because you're not sure they can actually stay on the road, and your toes, your fingers, your face are all numb even though you have three layers of cloths on - which causes the rest of your body to sweat prodigious amounts of liquid, making your underwear wet. And then it doesn't get above 0 degrees for a month, and the snow turns to ice, making you fall even if you're careful, and you feel like you'll never be warm again. . . . . Sorry, but I really hate snow.
Snow makes London do funny things. Even the rozzers have fun. Yep, thats a riot shield being used as a toboggan. Edit: I almost made a post about snow in London without using this image!
Didn't some police (bobbys?) get in trouble for using their shields as sleds just recently? Maybe it wasn't England . . . Too much random information in my brain . . .
Yep, a couple got reprimanded. Some might have even gotten fired... Details elude me. Since it snows so little in London, when it does everything quickly slips into anarchy. Seriously, I think that every day of snow last year cost the country £1.2 billion.
