Well it's awkward having a box sat there without a name dammit. My iPhone used to do that aswell with the original charger USB thingie, then I got a 3rd party version et voilà! It worked fine .
Sorry about the pictures they were taken 2 (maybe 3?) years ago when I actually built the thing, it's due an upgrade really, but hey it gets the job done: Intel i5 CPU ATI RADEON SAPHIRE 4890 GPU 650W CORSAIR PSU 2x 2GB CORSAIR RAM DDR3 (Now 1, the other got corrupt -.-) ASUS Psomething or other Motherboard An array of Fans... ASUS CD/DVD DRIVE/REWRITER BLU-RAY DRIVE (Not yet installed..) Next year I reckon a DX11 GPU, an i7 and more RAM is in order EDIT: This was actually before I knew about poni.. So the Unicorn thing is a lovely coincidence :3
i know it isn't PC but i took it all apart and put it back together to look 20% cooler *tinted Ski Goggles*
Here is one-year-old this Sunday, Aspira! (She wanted a name change you see) There should be a ring of LED's around the inside of the see-through panel, but they are dud and being sent back. ^ That pic is from literally the moment I finished making it last year.
Pretty! It was weird for me, caus my case wasn't illuminating any blue light for ages, then when we moved house, at some point it just started showing light? lol. I remember my brother being jealous when he went to LANS that all his friends had lit up comps like that, but his didnt, so he put some light-up pens on some of the components. T'was funneh
Well I'm on a bus to Punta Gorda, my humble little hometown, to see my folks, neighbor will be taking care of my parts for me while I'm away. So as you can imagine, no new pics until I get back D: P.S. sure wish we had a mobile site, my iPhone is not happy! P.P.S. See you all in 11 hours.. Or something.. Hope we don't crash/ get hijacked, whatever could go wrong! See ya later everypony! <3 (my iPhone autocorrects everypony to everyponyradio? haha, win.
I need to actually build a rig... maybe over the summer when I'm earning money and vacationing, instead of taking classes.
So I'm delayed in Orlando for 3 and a half hours (until 8:30) woo... Maybe I should just jog the rest of the way? DRD, where you at when I need you? D:
I have a laptop. It plays games pretty well, but for several games I gotta go it at low-detail otherwise they won't love me. :c I don't remember what model it was but I named it Aezerius :3
Not exactly a gaming rig.. more for music recording.. but hey, i play a few games on it: Advent PC w/: 4g RAM 1TB hard drive (+ 1TB from my external) Pentium i5 CPU Intel HD 2000 Graphics ASUS Xonar DX 7.1-Channel PCI-E Sound Card (for duh recordings) and thats all i can think of... got a generic LED 23' monitor if that counts for anything...
Still Scraping by moneys to afford... but: http://tweakers.net/gallery/400132?wish_id=192043#tab:wenslijst @PrinceWhatever Love your Signature. ^_^
Not exactly a gaming rig as such, but It does see the occasional game, mainly Skyrim :derpe: God that game is life sucking, I seem to have restrained myself quite well though. Anyway, specs, 2011 27" iMac CPU - 3.4Ghz i7 2600 GPU - AMD Radeon HD 6970m 2GB RAM - 4GB atm, will upgrade this to 12 soon hopefully. HDD - 1TB 7200rpm, thinking about replacing the ODD with an SSD if I ever have the spare cash. OS - OSX Snow Leopard, and Windows 7 64bit for gaming and misc Windows only programs. Peripherals : - 2x 3.5" external 1TB WDs, one for a bootable clone and the other is backup - 2.5" portable 320GB HDD for general use - Wacom Bamboo Fun - 18" IBM CRT, old school! It was free so I'm not complaining I have to say the 6970m holds up pretty well while gaming considering it's a mobile card and it's pushing a 2560x1440 display. Skyrim runs at about 30-35fps on ultra, which is fine for me, I'm not really caught up in trying to get maximum fps, as long as there's no game ruining lag I'm content.
