Wowww. Those reactions. Anyway. To me, I hated that voice. It sounds like a mentally retarded child and that kind of angers me ALOT. I much preferred some of the fanon voices I heard on YouTube. Also, I just know the fandom is going to blow her destroying everything out of proportion. v.v'
I liked that Derpy finally had some lines this time. I read quite a few rude comments though on youtube from people ranting about how they were mad they made Derpy seem mentally disabled. I don't really care one way or another. I thought seeing Rainbow Dash getting injured was amusing. However, did anyone else see the little baby Derpy. I wonder if that's Derpy's kid or relative.
that little derpy has been seen more then once the fandom being derpy's her mother but i found no probleams with the voice fits the bill perfect, its a char made to be clumsy with googly eyes whats she supposed to sound like Hannah Montana/Dolly parson?
Ask any kid to do a silly voice. They'll do something similar to that. I think the people claiming she's mentally disabled are reading far too deeply into a kids show Kinda like the people claiming that unicorn horns are male reproductive organs
This is possible the best Episode Ever! Man, when derpy talked and was called by her name, everyone just blew up in their pants over excitement. Just her being mention and getting scene time and talking mad it my day and possible best day ever. :3
I didn't really mind her "new" voice that much. I had been expecting them to use the same voice as when she said muffins that first time, but I'm not gonna complain about it. Supposedly its the same voice actor as Rarity and Luna though...which really confused me. That, and first when i heard her voice i wondered if they had made Derpy male...that and it seemed rather sudden her being familiar with Rainbowdash and all. It just seemed sorta abrupt, seeing as she had never really had any proper lines before, and all of a sudden she has a whole section with Rainbowdash. Probly just me.
The fact that people are going to make a fuss over a googly eyed silly pony being mentally challenged is utterly stupid. I'll be extremely mad if people start sending in complaints to Hasbro forcing them to drop any future appearances of Derpy. But this wouldn't be the first time extremists over-analyzed children's cartoons, especially Friendship is Magic. Examples: Rainbow Dash being gay/lesbian propaganda, or Celestia banishing Luna is "white man overpowers all other races", or how Celestia's guards shown in the theme song are brown ponies implying slavery. I'm not kidding, these are actual examples...
there all silly/ completely flanking mental its all because of the guilt trips these schools are placing on everyone now, whatever happened to "we were idiots then dont be like that" just simply pointing it out was enough now we have people being racist just cause they want to and thousands of extremist hell bent on destroying it like a psycho christian on Halloween
I liked that they stuck with derpy and not ditsy doo. Was a good episode ^^. I hope we continue to see Derpy more.

I find the comments they left about bronies and what bronies are like to be particularly amusing. At first the speculation made me angry but after so long on youtube I just get amused now by the idiots. I really enjoyed a recent one where someone called me a devil worshiper because of my Rainbow Dash icon. HOW DO YOU EVEN CONNECT THOSE TWO TOGETHER! My feelings on the rumors concerning Derpy and Rainbow Dash are this. If Derpy is mentally disabled- awesome, mentally disabled people are a part of society just like us other ponies. No just that but Derpy is hilarious and I loved that she was a walking disaster. For the people saying Rainbow Dash is a lesbian- Who the hell cares if she is or not! If she's a lesbian, or hetro, bi, trans or asexual, it doesnt diminish her in anyway in our eyes and we'll love her no matter what.
