Well, according to my employers, if you are in a physical confrontation you are to just stand there and be assaulted. In fact, fighting back will get you fired.
What have I been doing for the last few hours, NOTHING but building this giant glass cube around my house. Also, I made pixel fail art.
Hours later... I am now told they are doing it after 5pm so the chance of him going nuts is less. Hopefully smart and hopefully they'll let me out of here before they do it... So now the waiting begins again. Today is turning out to be interesting if nothing else.
Not that I've seen, but they are making me worried. Short version of what happened: he showed up about 45 minutes late last Friday while our boss was out of the office all week. He logged in from home and punched in on his timecard before he started driving to work. He got caught and made up a story (obviously lying) about his side.
