Source! So, sounds like it'll be a good episode. Spoiler: ... Based off the summary and the fact this is a Pinkie episode, I'm certain this will be the episode that will feature the leaked Pinkie Pie song from a while back. I've already listened to it, and considering it's fairly long--compared to most of the songs in this show, which are about 30 seconds to a minute--I hope it doesn't get shortened. A Winter Wrap Up-like musical sequence would be great! Also, "first creature ever to do such a thing"? I'm guessing they forgot about Gilda.
Looks like Diamond Tiara may be knocked off the top spot of my least favourite pony (sorry pixel). But I'm not going to make any definate statements until I watch it.
Since reading some of the vague synopses of season 2, I figured this would be the episode that "Smile" is from. Sounds like a great episode, can't wait!

THE SMILE SONG WAS FREAKING EPIC! And there were so many ponies coming back for continuity! An amazing start to the episode!
Best Pinkie Pie episode ever! So many songs, 4th wall breaking, the randomsong out of nowhere check for meeting someone was perfect. This one made me happy, how can you not smile?
TwilightSprinkle's Review Corner: A Friend in Deed I don't understand the high reviews everyone's giving on PonyChan. This episode sucked hard. And I absolutely did not expect this from a person such as Amy Keating Rogers. First off, Pinkie was just blatantly flanderised into a shell of her former self. Watching this made me want to strangle her. Second, Matilda was not needed at all. There are several ways Ms. Rogers could have done it, but she chose the worst possible way. Third, the humor fell completely flat. I didn't laugh once, and I only smiled when Smile, Smile, Smile came on. This rivals MMDW and Lesson 0 in the worst episode I have ever viewed. Now before you go nitpick me, this is my opinion. Final grade: F.

THE SMILE SONG, OH BUCK YES. 3rd fav of season two right after last week's episode. I loved the scene near the end where Pinkie shot up like a firecracker, there were so many times in the episode where I laughed. And they used ALOT of palette swaps.
Well, I thought it was a pretty great episode. Not my favorite (yay 2 weeks ago), but still a good episode. Derpy's hiding spot is now the best thing to look for. ever. Now I guess we'll get to see what people do with Smile Smile Smile. Why exactly does everyone love that song so much anyways? I mean, it was good, yes, but I don't see why people obsess over it so much. .-.
