Thank you for creating it and forgiving me and accepting me in that old dream team we all know of, and for not forgetting me as I did not forget you!

Yeti: one of the best friends I've made since I became a brony, always willing to devote time to help another person.

DRD: probably the first real friend I made on the site. The super fun times had on vent will always be remembered.

Tenor: another of the vent party and a master of corrupting wishes.

DanZse/grey/saikyo: after having my stupid flank attack you for the dumbest reasons. You show no ill feeling toward me. For that I can't say enough.

Miggy: vent party and my mum. A all around great guy to talk to and have as a friend.

Xan: my dragon daddy. Makes my nights go by so much quicker while I'm stuck at work.

Rainlullaby: inspires me to do my best at everything I do.

Lupr/glitter: you guys are most of the reason I started drawing.

Dillystar: always seems to be waitng for my next picture to show up. Which makes me more excited to draw them

Zephyr wind: one of the first people I started to talk to on a semi daily basis. Wish he were still here.

Affection: a great friend that I wish would post here once and awhile.

Valor: giving me someone to talk to at night. Sunbeam is best guard.

The whole EP mod team(fic reviews, DJs): keeping this place running day after day.

ThePoeticpony: while I'm just getting to know you, you've been a fun person to talk to.

Dragonbait: Rarity's king and made me dance for 2 days.

I've admittedly been putting this off for months now, let us change that.

I shall first say, of course, much praise to the staff of Everypony at all the things they do for this site,
that they run it, and do there best to make this a great community, you definitely deserve it.

Now for the ponies. (If I forget you, I apologize, I'll update it regularly if I can.)

Zephy_Haste: You're a cool pony to talk to, had some funny nights on Skype alright. (MGP is not best pony, sadly.)

Berry Punch: If I chose a drinking buddy, you'd be the first, stay thirsty my friend, very thirsty.

Luprony: You're an amazing pony, a great artist, and always a pleasure to speak with you.

Dansze: This pony... Much joy fills me when I see this pony talk, always interesting to listen to, wish I knew how his mind worked.

Stainless: Very cool biker pony, always a pleasure.

Standby: You've helped me a lot man, listened to me when I needed you, and gave me very helpful advice, thanks again.

Shyguy: You're one of my best friends, we've been through a lot together, always nice to talk to you.

ElementofChaos: You're great to chat with, good friend, many great times to come.

Sungazer: I nerdgasim every time we have a Fallout discussion, you're always a joy, great friend.

The World Is Flat: A joy to speak with, always glad to see you, and praise for what you do, paying for the site.

Merriweather: Again, a great joy to see you in chat and speak with you.

Alzarath: Quite a interesting fellow, good to chat with, nice fella.

Virgil: You're an amazing artist, great to listen to and have a nice chat with at the end of the day, always look forward to them every night.

Gilson: I seriously need to read your fan fictions, your a joy to listen with you and Virgil, and fun to be around.

test: Very interesting to watch him chat, nice to have a small chat with, hope we can chat more soon.

Raindrop: You're a marvelous pony, R. Great to chat with, be around, and you always can find a way to make me happy. Love you. ♥

LeftEpicBroHoof: Quite the... Chats we've had in Skype, eh? I still remember those readings, hope we can do another soon... Good to be around and talk to. Always enjoyable.

And praise to the ponies who once were here, but can't make it, or have moved on, hope you're doing alright, m'kay? May one day our paths cross once again.

In no particular order:

Merriweather/RonstaPony = Probably the two earliest friends I made on this site, and great guys all round. Being invited to the meet-up is one of the best things to happen to me in a while.

Xan/Miggy = Metaphorical Mum/Dad. Never cease to make me laugh at their little shenanigans.

Dragonbait = Introduced me to the wonderful world of praising Rarity, and gave me an idea for my signature.

Bounty = A good sport when it comes to humour, and a nice guy for making me an image of my OC.

Radaboy = The first person to welcome me to this site in the introductions

FaonKarino = Persuaded me to join in some RPG games on the forum

testyal1 = Either the most sane or insane person I've met on the site. Either way he knows his anime.

pixel hope = Older brother and a nice chap. Never afraid to give his opinion yet respecting others at the same time.

Yetione = Master of forum games. Cannot be disputed.

The Mods/DJs/Admin = Always keep the site running in good condition and make nice improvements. Credit to Aynine for letting me put some fics on here, cred to the DJs for taking so many requests and cred to Foxytail and Flash for running the outstanding karaoke nights.

I'll add more when they come to mind.

I was thinking about this thread for a long time. I would start writing about those special ponies i'd wanted to praise, always adding new ponies to the list when i'd thought for a moment i was done. It felt like every time i was going to make a huge post here, I'd remember another few of the most awesome people I'd ever met. I kept at this for a few days, and then I realized something. I realized that I love EVERYPONY on this site. Everypony here has just the most magical attitude, they are the most friendly, warming, special people I've ever met. It has been the highest honor and the best of times enjoying this community with you guys. Without all of you, I'd be a different person. I'm always utterly amazed by how different and wonderful everyone here is. It is the beautiful spirit of love and friendship that make this place so special. I'm always just amazed at how our site has the ability to draw some of the best people i've ever met to one place. Our community is a show of what the world should be like; peaceful, tolerant, loving, and kind. You guys every day make me happy to be here, enjoying the world with you.

And now I'm tearing up a bit. Thanks all of you, its been great. Love you all.

So, yes. I would also like to say thank you to everypony. Every single one of you.

I've a thanks to make, and that is to ridartha and Cloudy Bounce.
Tonight on radio chat we had a bit of a change of pace where we talked about ourselves as human beings and what different things mean to us and how we all agree that we think ponies in this community are the strongest kind of people, the real players within the universe.
I also learned about emotional maturity and that some of the strongest blessings wear the best disguises.

You two gave me a warm feeling I'm currently savoring, that discussion was so...
Well I'd hate to say "Enjoyable", it was certainly nice, It's good to be reminded that everypony really is somepony.

In all seriousness though, you deserve a big thanks as well. You've piqued my curiosity about you because I like the tone of your posts here on the forum. Sometimes on forums and other internets it's easy to forget that there's an actual person on the other side of that keyboard. Getting to see that glimpse of who Bounty and ridartha really are was a very humbling moment. While we may not have been discussing the most pleasant of memories and experiences, it was in a feeling of mutual empathy, understanding, and love. It made me feel that much less alone about the happenings in my past, knowing that there are other people around me who have experienced the same things. You guys helped me feel a little less shamed about a couple specifics as well, and for that I really do thank you. Letting go of one's past is one of the hardest things to do, and you've helped me take one more giant leap towards truly letting go of the last of my ghosts.

And on the lighter side of what we talked about; you've given me hope for kids these days! The kids your age in my area aren't quite shining examples of humanity. But knowing that you guys are out in the world gives me hope that there are more like you. And that makes me happy =)

 

I really should use this thread more. I guess I want to thank not only the staff who run this amazing place, but the others too. Without you, this place wouldn't be safe.

Also, extra thanks to DoDo1234 for introducing me to this place. I don't know where I'd spend most of my time without this site.

 

OH, BOY! This post has been a long time coming. I think those who I thank already knew I'd be thanking them, and what I say would not give justice to how grateful I am to have friends such as yourselves.

Bryced: Not sure if you'll read this, but you were my first friend I made here, instantly made me feel more than welcome, and loved how quickly I fit in playing the forum games with you. You were the first to make me cry happy tears in years, giving me very uplifting messages when I was very down, I will never forget that.

Pixel: My second friend (quite literally just after Bryced), constantly spamming the forum games with me, being a really nice guy, giving me an extended appreciation towards pony art, and art in general. You find my music to be outstanding, which, while I may disagree, I am very thankful to hear praise. Your enjoyable silly and sneaky attitude is very nice to have and hope our friendship lasts a long time!

Rain Lullaby: My third friend on my first day! You are really encouraging in whatever anyone is doing and hopes for the best of us all. You are really enjoyable to talk to as a more quiet person, who is like me in many respects. You also gave me Rain music! Those who do not know you or are not friends with you are seriously missing out.

Yeti: Another friend from Forum Games! (anyone would think I play Forum games a fair bit eh?). You are an all round awesome brony, one who could be in fact the definition of the word. One thing that may seem fairly insignificant to you, but stood out to me, was the story about your insomnia, and the pony dream you remembered. It was very touching for you to share that with me.

Dragonbait: Oh, the great rarity praiser! Always made your love for rarity known, which, while I disagree on the choice of best pony, I find very enjoyable and funny at the same time. Another enjoyable character from Forum Games, but even more enjoyable in family chat! Always wanting to get into the rape, which I find just hilarious. You are also one who is always ready to help wherever possible, whether it be my insomnia, my bipolar, or anything really. Keep it up mate!

ThePoeticPony: While I was the one who started the whole family thing, it was you who really pushed it forward, even making the fanfic, which really initialized the much needed chat room. You're a really great dude, funny, witty, and smart. As with many others here, I'm glad I met you ^^

Merri & Ronsta: Might as well put you together, seeing as the message will be quite similar (lol you're also married xD). You two are very great additions to the family, you can be both quite out there and crazy, but then calm and collective, something I can easily relate to, being bipolar, and emotionally unstable. Its been great to talk to you thus far, and I do hope it continues!

greyOne: It took us a while to start talking to each other, which mainly consisted of utter silliness or programming related topics. We really hit it off on FiM:U and have enjoyed talking to you every day. The hugs, the pokes, just the general discussion with you throughout the day was very uplifting for me. You were one who I turned to in need of any help, especially if it was during the day (Mig being asleep ^_^). You have been a constant uplifter to me, giving me confidence in my mental condition, and making me believe that I really am no different than anyone else! I thank you muchly for the many things you have said to me, I seriously cannot thank you enough.

DanSze: Same situation as grey, didn't really talk much until FiM:U, but since then, I have always enjoyed reading your posts, whether it be silly or serious. You are very modest in your abilities of helping others. To paraphrase: "I only say that which needs to be said". And of what is said, really hits people. Such as during the help of Chap. You haven't helped me much intentionally in my depression, but some of the things you say, either meaningful or silly, really help me feel better. The seriously random crap we say and post on either the forums or on chat are thoroughly enjoyable.

EP Staff & General Community: While I haven't gotten to know any of you staff personally, or at least as well as I have others mentioned here, I just want to thank you for the site you have here. It has provided me with friends of such character that I thought would never exist. I am now somewhat proud of who I am in many respects, whether it be my mental situation, physical situation, sexual situation etc. You all have provided me hope for the future, opened my eyes to many possibilities, and taught me valuable lessons.

and of course, last, but certainly not least:

Miggy: My good boyfriend. Always ready to voice an honest and sound opinion in all seriousness, but then also being really silly and enjoyable to talk to. You have been told more than many times why I love you, and am grateful to be with you, but its just something I think can never run dry or bland. You are always ready to listen to me when I'm in my depressive states, very uplifting, and you make me want to get the day over and done with, so I can talk to you again (bloody timezones). I know you don't like me mentioning the subject, but you are one of the few, without knowing (and before we were together mind you), made me decide to not harm myself in an extensive way around early January, making me feel so wanted, and have so much to live for. Living on opposite sides of the planet is tough for both of us, as we can only support each other through text and sometimes vocal words, but we're managing so far, and I hope it lasts. You make me want to visit England all the more! You give me something that I can truthfully say I haven't really felt before: Hope.

I will finish with this. It may be only a dream, but I wish to visit you all, hug you, and thank you personally for what you have done for me, and perhaps what you will do in the future. I do hope to visit many of you British bronys when I visit, or when I move there (if I do go ahead with it). Having friends all over the world can be hard, but it is still worth knowing them at all.
