I know I shouldn't have done this but I think I let the haters get to me. The horrible comments on YouTube are unbearable. I know the videos are other people's, it's just that society is making it hard for me to enjoy myself. I'm a teen that likes this show and I am proud of it, but the amount of hate canget to anyone. I actually met a pony troll in real life on a group trip to Italy and what she (yes, it's a she) had to say about it was hilarious but heartbreaking. I don't really know how to handle it...
Well, there are always going to be haters on just about anything in life. It's just that the internet makes it easier to spread that hate. I'd say to just ignore them. Ignore all the haters, because in actuality they're just overexaggerating immensly. What's really the worst this show can do? Teaches love, tolerance, and respect for others? How horrifying! "This show is stoopidz and and anyone who watches thiz don't have no lyfe!!!!" The worst thing that can end up happening is that you don't like the show. That gives no reason to go around flaming and trolling others. Just ignore them and keep doing what you like, they can all shove it.
Whenever I feel that way, I always put on that old record "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life". The Tim Curry version will really get your spirits up!

That is strange Affection. I have made 3 PMV on youtube that are quite popular and I have never gotten a negative comment, except occasionally about my editing or lip syncing. Not about my love of ponies themselves. Give me your Youtube channel and I'll Love and Tolerate them into their place. Well unless their comments are about your video not being good and having nothing to do about ponies.
No, no, I don't have any pony videos (Hint: I'm not skilled enough!). But there is a video that just made my skin crawl. The title is Brownies but it shows the common stereotype of Bronies (A.K.A what people think we truly are). I just can't describe how messed up it really is. The comments were even worse. I read "OMG that's EXACTLY what they're liek!!!" and things like all Bronies should die. It was all horrible.
Just ignore the haters. Haters have one goal and that is to destroy everything they don't like. I'm 20 and I don't care anymore what people have to say, I just let them ramble on. The fact that they stop you from enjoying yourself means there're winning. Don't let the haters win be yourself all the time. (Nice avatar Affection........it seems familiar)

I think most of this stupid sexualising of ponies comes from people outside the heard that see us as weird. There have been some self confessed furies that have joined this forum, but they are clearly the minority. I'm the kind of brony that only likes normal faithful canon fanfic. not even shipping. Don't worry about the trolls they are just trying to use a popular meme, to get views. A close friend of mine recently tried the same thing, with a hate video, and he has now apologised to me and admitted he was trolling for views after finding out how seriously I took ponies and how little research he actually did. Those idiots just don't actually know anyone who can show them the love. I feel sorry for them.
yep, that's the video. It just sickens me, Setzer. This guy is an animator of the youtube series "Sanity Not Included" and the animocity of it all is horrible. I do take this seriously, no I'm not fat with pimples all over me, no I don't beat up a helpless girl for an apple Jack toy, and no I don't have a sinus problem. This is just horrible! I'm a good person and I CERTAINLY don't act like this! I mean, good lord, most of us have JOBS and most of the trolls don't. If they have nothing else to do then sit and TROLL, then WHY take it out on people who ACTUALLY DO THINGS in their lives! Sorry, a little rant there. Sometimes I don't even know what I have in me!

Youtube comments have to be one of the least intelligent places on the internet, even less intelligent then /b/ I've deduced that it is impossible to have an intelligent conversation in youtube conversations, it's so saturated with trolls and general dips that it will not happen, just ignore all youtube comments.

I would like to point out that drawing and animating ponies is one of the first steps to becoming a brony - so I suspect the person who made this video is a closet brony that doesn't want to admit it, so he makes fun of it.
