Interesting... It's down due to the Livestream terms of use violation. The only thing I can think of right now is that it got removed because of the embedded player on the website. Other than that, I have no clue. Maybe the same troll that made xMasterlinkx's videos removed? It surely would be a strange coincidence.
The player was provided by livestream so i doubt they took it down. It's most likely either the episodes or some of the PMVs
EVERYONE, i have read through the livestream ToS. we are infringing copyright, inapropriateness, and afilliation with copyrighted characters (taking nicknames as pinkie, and spitfire, etc. and saying we talk to the characters and crap.)
possibly, i know little about this copyright, and things like wtf collective and stuff are causing the ban of epr
I don't think so... the PMV's are clearly parody and therefore are not subject to copyright infringement unless monies are made off of them. The nicknames could possibly be an issue, however I doubt it due to the fact that Roleplay and Fan based support has been accepted up until now. The most likely reason in my mind would be musical copyright infringement (Due to the songs used in some of the PMV's) Or Obscenity.. which is a stupid law. ~glowers at obscenity.~
i didnt make the ToS. but it talks about vulgarity and pornographic stuff not allowed (wtf collective and shipping/pics) and now i have been told not to talk about it, so good day.
Well....the shipping pictures (of what everypony sometimes post) are not Pornographic, they do not involve the "features" or "movements" as for the WTF collective, yes I can see the vulgarity.
Actually we think we may have found a problem, while we'll have to give our content another go around to make sure to remove some of the more copyright violating things, it may not even be that at all. We'll get back to you when get it fixed, hopefully we can get the stream back up soon enough when Grey returns.
Apparently, livestream have released an error report, claiming a small pink pony was found messing with the servers. Oh Pinkie Pie, you silly filly.
Alright so Livestream in general is causing technical difficulties with uploading so for now we can't resume normal service on Flash's livestream until those are resolved, hopefully we should be back up and streaming tomorrow temporarily there until we get our main channel unlocked. The synchtube's going to have to cut it for tonight @Rock No. I can tell you now it's not Roleplaying that caused the channel to be taken down. That'd be impossible to monitor, doesn't violate any actual laws (you can take the name all you want so long as you're not making any money off it) and Livestream doesn't even monitor any channels carefully other then their 20 most popular ones. We're thinking the problem was the new player Ripp_ had designed which caused ads to not show up for some users, aside from that using a custom player in general may be an issue. We won't know until Livestream gets back to Grey on the issue.
