I'm Sinderlocke~! Obviously not my real name, but this is my online amateur alternative model alias that I use on any new site that I create a new account with.

I love art, I love to create art, Sing, Read and write. I adore music such as; Jazz, Melodic and vast types of metal, classical, swing, but more specifically I love The Diablo Swing Orchestra, Circus Contraption, Igorrr, Tool/A Perfect Circle/Puscifer, System of a down, Opeth, Oceansize, Amplifier, Japanese Voyeurs, MSI, Cab Calloway, Benny Goodman, Peggy Lee, Creature Feature, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Cherry Poppin Daddies, Slipknot, Screamin Jay Hawkins, That Handsome Devil, Kylesa, Stolen Babies, Oingo Boingo, Dillinger Escape Plan, Muse, Disturbed, Gregorian, Qntal, Rammstein, Nine Inch Nails, Porcelain Black/Porcelian and the Tramps, A forest of Stars, Talons and etc etc etc...Oops, got a little carried away there! But I do really love my music.

I study English Language and Literature, Government and Politics and History at college. Although these are generally academic subjects, I have two groups of friends, one of those being in the Art department in my college, so I still can be creative in my own time. I did wish to aspire to English teaching, and that's definately a possibility as I am predicted an A for my english and B's for my other two subjects, however I think a gap year is iminent after term finishes because of my desire to focus on developing my art skills and being financially benefited for a year before plunging into debt.

I'm hoping to get back into Rp, as I was once an obssessive writer and constantly wrote masses and masses of stories in my younger years, as well as collaborating with other people to create our own. Friendship is Magic has ignited that spark I feel towards my little pony in a way which my older teenage self can really enjoy. I'm a very approachable person and I'm always willing to give advice, contribute to forums and stay active. I hope that I can meet some new people, and already I have created my first official OC; Witchy Blackstar (My avatar). Although I did use a pony creator, I am an 'artist' and have edited it sufficiently and in the future will have much more time to actually produce completely hand produced pictures of my pony OC's, as I only used the Pony creator to save time~! Her information is in my album, along with an accurate image of her and a first draft of her in-depth character personality and origin. I would love to get chatting soon, and I also would love to be directed to the Fluttershy fanatics!!!

I do have a deviantart, but most of my images are getting old now. There's some decent stuff in there, but most of it is outdated and I have improved a lot since then; http://cartoonaholic.deviantart.com/ If you have a deviantart, I'm not asking you to comment on any of my pictures, but I would like to get some RP going and make some new friends. Being in college, Internet friends became less and less dominant in my life, and I wuldn't mind having some close buddies away from the shackles of reality.

You mean like Witchy BlackStar? I feel like a cheater, but the Pony Creator is incredibly convenient when you don't have the capable time to do your own version. So instead I decided to be creative and add a few things, design her own mane and accesories as well as her Cutie Mark and decorative wings as well as the background. I just didn't want to be too lazy. < Thanks again!

I'm usually against using bases/vectors at all, but I made an exception. When you have uninspiring and tiring responsibilities and also an evident lack of sleep, it's difficult to get the time to sit down and draw. Plus, all of the images of Witchy are pencil sketches, although I did use references to Pony bodies so the Pony maker version and the original hand drawn Witchy are very similar, except with pencil it's hard to do such intricate details on her wings/cutie mark until it's uploaded and edited. In the hand drawn version however, Witchy's wings are a bit more pointed and obviously with different positioning there's a scar on her forehead which is much more obvious. Other than that, there isn't much difference.

 

Well, my studies have gotten a lot more difficult in my second year, but it's almost over now. I'm more interested in creative aspects of my life, seeing as college and work had drained me of my artsy time XD But now that I no longer work, I will enjoythe few months being poor, focusing on my studies and having a social life!

And thank you very much, your avatar is so romantic and for some reason makes me think of Burlesque, oh, which is another hobby of mine. (Not publically of course, me being a youth and all) I also forgot to mention my obssession with corsets. I had three when I was obese, and then slimmed down to a (UK) size 10, so now I've had to purchase another three steel boned 24"" babies! (I also have a few boned corsets aswell) I have no idea why I went off topic. Apologies and hugs! x
