So I went to McDonalds today for lunch, so I took this as an advantage to get a pony toy. So, we went to the drive-thru, ordered, paid, and when we got the food, they gave us a transformer instead. So, we returned the transformer toy and requested a pony toy AGAIN. They told us to drive ahead so we did. Then it hit me: two years ago, I would've LOVED to have the transformer. I burst into laughter. After seven minutes, a worker STILL hadn't arrived and given the pony toy. So, my mom went in and said we were still waiting, and we finally got the toy: a Rainbow Dash: View attachment 3589
Silly McDonald's when will you learn. My merch is quite lacking. I only have 2 figures, one being a fashion style Rainbow Dash (the bigger one with the piece of cloth they call a dress on her), and a small Rarity figurine. I haven't been able to find blind bags in my area, otherwise I would probably have much, much more. My Twilight Sparkle plush kinda sorta makes up for it though.
I want a Fluttershy plushie that makes the squee noise when squeezed. HASBRO WHY HAVEN'T YOU MADE THIS YET?!
I'd like a pony plushie too. However, it's quite obvious that since I'm a closet brony, it's what is what. But, I atleast did get something at mcdonalds. A pinkie pie figurine! This was really a risk since the nearest mcdonalds is a mile and a half away. oh well.
First Hasbro needs to start making decent plushies though, and not ones that look like this. The body isn't all that bad, but the mane is attrocious.
Couldn't agree more. I saw a Pinkie Pie plush at Toys 'R' Us during my first merch run, and wished I'd had matches or something because that horror needed to die by fire.
It really is a shame though, because the mane is the only thing holding me back from buying one. :\ Looks like they sewed a feather duster to their head and butt haha.
Indeed. I'd try to buy some of the awesome custom-made plushes some people make and auction off, but they sell for like $500. No thanks. I don't need to hug Fluttershy THAT much.
I know right, it always makes me sad that I can't afford something like that. The twilight plushie i have was commissioned, which i highly recommend doing if you want a plush. Most minky commissions are anywhere between $100-$200 dollars.
