You overdid it then. :derpe: Like you said, the first few days are rougher than the rest, so easing into it a bit is a good idea. Pushing your limits at the get-go will surely do that to you. That muscle soreness is the main reason I'm hesitant to start lifting weights. My job is quite physical, with lots of walking and pushing and pulling of heavy objects. Going into that with sore muscles sounds like something I don't really want to do. I know I should just suck it up and put up with the first week or so of soreness and then I'll get used to it, but still.
Hahahaha!!!Look at this!! Guess who made it.
I used to go to the gyms all the time. But after I got all 8 badges, there wasn't much left I could do in them so I stopped. :Trollestia:
I'm weird. I love the feeling of muscle soreness. I moan and groan, but it's one of those 'hurts so good' type pains for me.
Yes but when my muscles are so tired and sore that I have trouble lifting my hairbrush, then I may encounter some problems at my job.
Nah. The only thing wrong there is that you even have a Kinect. I kid. It's all good, man. I just want to work out because my job is physical and I get a lot of exercise doing it. Working out will give me more exercise, specifically in muscle training, and will help me lose more fat quicker (I don't feel like dieting).
njeheheeh tommorow is a small meeting of bronies in cologne (about 10 people only, ive seen none of them In real life though) This day is gonna be fun. well go shopping, eating or drinking something. and then its gaming time ;D edit: omg over 100 comments, i sure am getting soaked into the world of ponies... but i think thats good. I have had never so much fun before in my life.
Not as long as you are doing it with this game:
I've always wondered how the controls for Star Wars on the Kinect work. Do you have to do backflips and use the force in real life as well?
No one should EVER diet. Diets do not work long term. The key is to retrain yourself how to eat. Which is what I'm doing right now. I'm focusing on making better food decisions, working on moderation, and eating smaller meals more frequently. At the end of the day, weight loss is all about calories in/calories out. Eat whatever you want, but you have to work it off. It's easier to lose weight if you eat healthier. It's like trying to build a house. You can use the cheapest materials, sure. But it'll be a really shoddy house that requires a lot of upkeep. Or you can use quality materials and it'll last a lifetime. =)
