Your body clock can be never reversed, your circadian rythm stays the same no matter how late you stay up or stay asleep. it is adjusted to the 24 environment. thank you wikipedia and drivers ed,
What if you work overnight like me. I sleep during the day. Something had to change. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
even if you have worked overnight for 4 years straight - it doesnt change anything. you've just accumulated massive sleep debt. thus, your body is trying to make up during the day, for what you have lost at night. if you were to lay down at night and force yourself to go to sleep, you could do it. Even if you slept 12 hours a day
I could totally watch the whole thing. @jet, well my earlier issue was not being able to sleep, but it reversed, now I can't wake up on time. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
You won't even see me in the same place as alcohol. That will never happen. Imma watch it when I get home. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
You could be your own source. If you're in this situation, just sleep. (now pixel's situation is different ofcourse, he has to work.)
Therefor I'm breaking my clock or reversing it or something. Either way Luna is happy I'm up at night. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
I had the opportunity to just work through Easter. No heavy eating for me. :derpe: Which is just as well, I suppose. I'll probably be getting a bunch clearance candy though.
Eh, Wikipedia can be reliable... sometimes. Drivers Ed, on the other hand... look most of us have sat through that class. I don't need to say anything. Wasn't that e-surance?
