And I'm home! I worked for 8 hours (not including the 1-hours lunch) and my pedometer app only recorded 5 hours of it for some reason. It said I had walked 20 miles and burned 3384 calories. If I were to estimate how much it would be if it recorded 7.5 hours (breaks and all that), I'd say it would be around 28-30 miles and 4500 calories. And that's just from walking. Factor in the heavy pushing and pulling I do all day, and I'm shredding calories. I wonder what my average calorie intake is. All I know is there's no way I'm not losing weight like this. This time last year, I was wearing shirts that were 5XL. Now I comfortably wear 3XL, and I've bought two smaller belts over that time. Also, Xan, go to sleep.
