I can't really specify yet but there are some things to consider when guessing the ages that might help me: - The only age related fact we know of is Fluttershy being one year older than Pinkie Pie. - Pinkie Pie has a personality of that of a hyperactive child. So this leads me to thinking she's younger than most. - Fluttershy, in Cutie Mark Chronicles has a more developed look as a filly compared to the other 5 (longer legs and such). This could suggest that she is older than all of them. Using the other characters' personalities as a rough guide, I can piece together that they are all mostly the same age. Pinkie Pie's personality leading me to thinking she is younger, while Fluttershy appears older yet is only a year older than Pinkie draws me to that conclusion. So, if they're all relatively the same age, then what age group is it? Personally, my result is this: Pinkie Pie - 16 Rainbow Dash - 16 Applejack - 16 Twilight - 17 Rarity - 17 Fluttershy - 17 Of course, with all things considered, I am probably completely wrong, as there are some factors that could be included otherwise. A prankster like Pinkie Pie, and often hangs out with her, implying they could be the same age) Applejack - 17 (A little bit more mature, with the same competitiveness as Rainbow Dash, and has a job, but still lives with family meaning she hasn't outgrown them) Fluttershy - 17 (@PinkiePie "I'm a year older than you....") Twilight Sparkle - 18 (A graduate from Celestia's magic school, and a lot more mature than some of the other mane six. Also, she looks 18, dontcha think? ) Rarity - 18 (She can hold down a well-paid job, look after a little sister, and lives without her parents most of the time. 'Nuff said)

Take these into consideration: Fluttershy is one year older than Pinkie Princess celestia calls the "Little ponies" meaning they cant be too old. Using these I get the vague idea that... Pinkie Pie-18 Fluttershy-19 Rarity-24 Applejack- 21 Rainbow Dash- 22 Twilight Sparkle- 23 Thats what I think jugding by there actions and behaviour.
Well Celestia is also thousands of years old. She can call whoever the hay she wants "little" and no one would say anything. :derpe: Myself, I dunno... considering that Pinkie Pie and Rarity already have a job, and none of ponies is living with their parents anymore, and that Fluttershy is one year older than Pinkie Pie, and that Twi is at least 19 because she was in college already before coming in ponyville, and if you take that she'd be at least 18 when she started to go to college, and that during flight camp, seems like Rainbow Dash was also younger than Fluttershy, so she could be same age as Pinkie pie, and Twilight was just entering school, so that could make her year younger than Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash, and AJ being old enough to go to big city on her own to live with relatives (assuming she's oldest), and that Rarity was already in school for some time. I'd say this: Twilight Sparkle - 19 Applejack - 23 Pinkie Pie - 20 Fluttershy - 21 Rainbow Dash - 20 Rarity - 22
Based on that one episode in which they were fillies, I'll say that Fluttershy's the oldest (just look at her body...) The rest's about the same age.
hey poetic pony if twilight has graduated then why does she still have to report to princess celestia every week and every time princess celestia sees twilight she says "my star pupil" so in other words she is not graduated.
