    Would Dark even be able to physically leave Snow's side? Being two parts of the same person and having the essence magic being the only thing keeping her alive mixed with the fact that Dark is the evil essence of Snow, wouldn't leaving her side only put Snow into an unstable state?
    Perhaps she could use a magical connection of some sort to connect to the other ponies and communicate with them from a distance. This would work seeing as how we're now the Elements of the Ancients and would possibly be able to maintain an essence link due to the ancient magic embedded deep in their souls.
