    Crushes on fictional characters? I've had one or two.

    One of my biggest fictional crushes ever was probably Galadriel, from the Lord of the Rings novels. Not the movies, though they were good as well. No, something about reading about her was just really... well, you know. "Beautiful and terrible as the dawn, treacherous as the sea, all shall love me and despair." Yeah, she's an Elf, and yeah, she's thousands of years old, but hey, she was a powerful, deep, and cool female protagonist in a fantasy novel, so I think it's somewhat understandable. Don't judge me too harshly.
