Hey everypony This thread was made just because I'm curious if the school or University you attend has a song. If not I'd like to hear your National Anthem, It doesn't have to be in English.

    Here's my schools song

In days of old our fathers built
    a school renowned in name
its motto served to show us all how it achieved its fame
in work or play it's colours
the black and green school tie
    remind us of our duty
    Non-Vobis Cambridge High

Within these walls or on the fields
    this motto sets the rule
the glory we may here obtain
    brings glory to the school
    the honour of an Aloe
the cheer for a well scored try
should urge us on to do our best
    Non-Vobis Cambridge High

Where 'er we go in years to come
what 'er our task may be
we'll think upon it's message and
    we'll hear it's silent plea
how ever hard the going be
    to serve we'll always try
to others we will proudly claim
    Non-Vobis Cambridge High

And that is it! My schools motto is Non-Vobis which means "not for our selves but for others."

    Here's my country's national anthem

    Nkosi sikelel' iAfrika
    Maluphakanyisw' uphondo lwayo,
    Yizwa imithandazo yethu,
    Nkosi sikelela, thina lusapho lwayo.
    Morena boloka setjhaba sa heso,
    O fedise dintwa le matshwenyeho,
O se boloke, O se boloke setjhaba sa heso,
Setjhaba sa South Afrika – South Afrika.

Uit die blou van onse hemel,
Uit die diepte van ons see,
    Oor ons ewige gebergtes,
    Waar die kranse antwoord gee,

Sounds the call to come together,
    And united we shall stand,
Let us live and strive for freedom,
    In South Africa our land.

Can't wait to see your guys' anthems or School songs or even Motto's

    My school's song:

    WE
    DON'T
    CARE
    DO
    WHAT
    YOU
    WANT!

    Our motto:
Sic itur ad astra, meaning 'Our executive headmaster steals money'

    Britain's national anthem:
An unbreakable union of free republics,
Great Bri' has welded forever to stand!
Created in struggle by the will-of-the-people,
The united, the mighty Great Britain.
    CHORUS:
Be glorified, our fatherland, united and free!
Bulwark of people, in brotherhood strong!
Party of Cameron, the strength of the people,
It leads us to the triumph of Communism.
Through tempests the sun of freedom shone to us,
And the great Cameron lighted us the way.
He raised peoples to the righteous cause,
Inspired us to labour and to acts of heroism.
    CHORUS
In the victory of the immortal ideas of Communism
We see the future of our country,
And to the Red banner of our glorious Fatherland
We shall always be selflessly true.
    CHORUS

    Here's a hymn from my church's gospel.

My Little Pony, My Little Pony
    Ahh ahh ahh ahhh…

    (My Little Pony)
I used to wonder what friendship could be
    (My Little Pony)
Until you all shared its magic with me
    Big adventure
    Tons of fun
    A beautiful heart
    Faithful and strong
    Sharing kindness,
    It's an easy feat
And magic makes it all complete
    You have my little ponies
Do you know you're all my very best friends?

My high school's theme song was about football xD

    The Fight Song

On to Kelso, On to Kelso,
    Fight right through that line.
Pass the ball clear down the field, boys,
    Touchdown every time.
On to Kelso, on to Kelso,
    Fight on for your fame
    Fight, Kelso, fight fight fight
    To win this game.

Give me eyes to see, the world for what it is.
One eye to watch for danger, one eye to see you grow~!

My schools never had any unique anthem... not they would be worthy.

Oh Canada, Our home and Native land.
True Patriot love, and all out sons command!
With glowing hearts, we see the rise, The true north, strong and free!
From far and wide, oh Canada, we stand on guard for thee!
God keep our land, glorious and free.
Oh Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
Oh Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

Then somewhere in the middle, the french version would be thrown in. Amazing, isn't it?

Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep,
Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,
In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:
'Tis the star-spangled banner! Oh long may it wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion,
A home and a country should leave us no more!
Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps' pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

99.99% you'll only sing the first part, most people don't know about the rest of it. My school isn't worthy of a song, nor does it have one.

Too lazy to type it out even though it's been typed, so here have a video of me singing my country's anthem instead.

My school, when I went to one, wasn't cool enough for it's own song.
