I highly suspect uu and UU to be the same person. As Dirk explained to Jake, the Condence attempted finding ways to turn humans more troll-like, and in the newest update it shows a picture of a person holding a white gun while standing in font of a red and green background. I think that uu/UU is a human troll hybrid and the result of which is his/her multiple personalities; uu being the human as the quirk is more subtle and they generally have a kinder personality and UU as the troll as their quirk is much more noticeable and their personality is much more troll-like. More evidence of such can be seen by their activity and the pesterlogs, whenever one falls asleep the other awakes, so it can be safely assumed they're the same person. Inb4 Hussie murders my theory
Ok, I have been living under a rock for far longer than I thought because I have absolutely no idea what Homestuck is. A quick explanation would be appreciated, although I think it has to do with odd people with horns. Just a guess though.
