    damn it i've been listening to "this day Aria" for about an hour now, and its still not enough.

    oh and about that exercise thingy.. mondays to thursdays are full of university, including about 5 kilometers walking to and from train and between the classes. in the evenings i usually so some wight lifting, but since it hasn't been the best weather i cant even think of running, maybe i go swimming some day soon. oh and fridays to sundays are full of free time :3

    I'm back from track practice.
    COACHES, Y U MAKE ME SPRINT PRACTICE?! Seriously, I'm a distance runner, why do I have to do:
    One 800m sprint
    Four 400m sprints
    Four 200m sprints
    Three 300m sprints
    And Five 100m sprints
    Like 3 times a week. This makes no sense

    They obviously want you to be ready in case you have to race a cheetah....although that's unlikely. It's just as likely that my fitness instructor has been training me in ultimate frisbee so that I'll be ready in case I'm sucked into a computer world and forced into frisbee combat wearing nothing but neon.....wait a sec.....
