That was one of my favourite parts of the episode. Usually the plots are predictable enough for me to figure out whats gonna happen pretty early (it is a kids show, after all), but this had me completely fooled, where every plot twist actually shocked me. The only other time that happened was Sisterhooves Social, which is one of my favourite episodes for that very reason (and cuz its such a feel-good episode. I love sibling-centered plots, they reminds me of my relationship with my sister ) But pretty much every part of this episode was amazing. I cant stop listening to the songs, Lyra's voice is now canon, along with Vinyls purple eyes... Best possible way to end a season.
Don't forget about Colgate! And here's hoping that Bon Bon's voice will remain constant for Season 3!

Meet the Pinkie (or Pinkie is best heavy) (Pinkie walks up slowly to a table carrying Twilight in her hooves, plops her down on the table and takes a seat) "I am Heavy Pinkie Pie.... and THIS is my Twilight. She weighs 150 kilograms and fires 200 gigajoule overcharged plasma at 10,000 rounds per minute. It costs 400,000 gigajoules to fire this Twilight... for 12 seconds. " (maniacal laughter) (Pinkie casually looks at the MMMM and notices a bite mark) "Oh my god, who touched Marzipan... Alright....WHO TOUCHED MY CAKE!!!" "Someponies think they can make party. Maybe... (sniff) maybe. (faces camera) "I've yet to meet one that can out-party Pinkie." (shot of Pinkie firing Twilight from the wedding fight scene) "AHH HAHAhahaha!!! SMILE SOME MORE!!!"
Or one can just accept that Bon-Bon never uses the same voice twice. This running gag, intentional or not, somehow has grown on me.
Her voice changes are rather humorous. But I'd still like to see her keep a constant voice if they decide to give the background ponies bigger parts.

Ok, normally I don't ship, but this caused me to double take a bit. Well, a lot, actually. I rewound it three or four times, and I'm sure now. Spoilers follow. Okay, you know when they're all fighting the doppelgangers, and Fluttershy is about to get owned, but she fools the other Fluttershys by pretending to be evil? And then she sneaks away, but runs into a group of Rainbow Dashes? And then one of them actually _is_ Rainbow? And she kicks the snot out of them all, and saves Fluttershy? Right then, when she pulls Fluttershy up, there was a kiss. On the cheek, yes, but still. It even had a little sound effect. I'm ok with this, honestly. Just wondering, did anypony else notice? I think Fluttershy may have blushed, too.

Bleh, something's been bothering me lately. Is her name spelled "Cadance" or "Cadence?" Half the places I go to are one and the other half is the other. I'm losing my mind here 'cuz I need to know if I have to change my signature text. The Hub spells it "Cadance" but that isn't even a word while others use "Cadence" which is a word and....uh.....BAH!
Cadance is a name. Cadence is a musical term meaning balanced rhythmic flow, or a beat basically. Google is my best friend.
It just doesn't make sense. After all, isn't her full name supposed to be "Mi Amore Cadenza"? Cadenza, not Cadanza. But whatever. Who am I to argue with the official spelling?
Its already been said, but damn it i'm gonna say it too! Best...episode....EVER!!! It really felt like it was a movie (which would've been awesome!). The plot was really surprising since most episodes stories are obvious. I really loved the song with Candence (or however you spell it) and the fake, it felt almost like a Disney movie. Totally not what I was expecting the episode to be like (tbh, I didn't really know what it would've been about), but I was really satisfied with it and its made its way to my favourite episode!
