The only annoying thing I find is the delay, Like I write a response to something that happened around 10 seconds ago, which is kinda annoying, especially if what is said was a spur of the moment thing. But thats because of the software, and our locations. It can't be helped, and it wasn't too bad last time. @Rain, yay luv you too! ^_^ I'm so creepy.. everyone says it ._.

well, thats really up to you. You have to look for one that you would enjoy doing, one that you may be able to pull off well. It's all up to you really, though. Unless there are certain parameters you want fulfilled @Pixel, I'm really not bothered by delay, it just that instant reactions have more of a charm if you know what I mean. I'm perfectly fine with how it is now though
well I guess that might depend on what sort of accent. By better do you mean more amusing, or of higher quality - more professional sounding
