Despite the best efforts of his parents, Arc always seemed more interested in racing the Pegasus that flew over than anything long term like that. Sure, he was grounded but then the knack for climbing things came kinda useful in trying to catch them in games of tag. Becoming a Currier was an interesting turn. His speed on his hooves allowed him to keep up with the average Pegasus, regardless of forest, river or even stampede of cattle. Parcels and post get delivered on-time and regardless of what's in the way. Reportedly, Arc managed to deliver despite still being chased by ponies waving heavy sticks in the air. Fighting skills seem to keep him fit, and in this case, alive. Most of the black-eyes and bruises were from his kicks. But new management to the Currier firm figured that he wasn't as reliable as a pegasus and so let him go. Eight Star seemed like he had the perfect new job.

Well, I have the feeling I'm getting in a little over my head, but here goes! Also, everypony who notices that I kinda use the same OC every time, please excuse me... but I'm not in the mood to make another, and I've been moderately busy lately... Anyhow... Name: Silver Shield Gender: Male Race: Unicorn Specialization: Silver worked as an inventor, so he is very good at tinkering with machinery in general. However, he is fairly reclusive, preferring to think to himself as opposed to talking with others; he really only converses if absolutely necessary. Also, he is significantly weak physically, and so he relies greatly on magic. As such, he is fairly adept at that, as well. He is especially talented at creating magical barriers/shields, thus his name and his cutie mark, a silver kite shield. He dislikes violence, but isn't afraid of it. Background: Silver was born in Canterlot, where he learned to be a polite gentlepony, but he absolutely hated all the socializing that constantly took place. This created a rift between him and his parents, who were very much the typical Canterlot residents, and so he was sent to a private school in Las Pegasus, where he found that his cutie mark was protective magic. He also recieved an exceptional education. Afterwards, not wishing to return to Canterlot, he moved to Ponyville after sending his parents a letter informing him of his intentions. There he became a tinkerer, fixing everypony's devices and trinkets, as well as inventing new devices of varying success. I'm guessing that this will mean my strength and endurance are low, my magic is high, my willpower is average, my speed and stealth are low, and my perception and knowledge are high.
