    Only one I can think of that you missed is another Fiction Archivist, Zephyr Wind.

    What I've heard is that when the chat gets fully implemented, the plan for the general chat thread is to lock it but not delete it. Then the new one will be set up for use once that is accomplished.

    Zephyr Wind is actually retired staff, though his title never changed.
    I fixed that now though.
