    Well, since I figured it out all by myself, I'm now going to take this ONE opportunity to sound like a smarticus pantsicus.

    You click the little button all the way on the bottom left of the post, then you click "Reply to thread" at the bottom of the page.

    That was so complicated, right? I can't believe I even figured it out. I'm so smart. :derpe: They should have somewhere that explains this stuff.

    (And now I'm sure someone will say, "oh, they do!" and ruin my non-noobish moment, but ah well.)

    I'm pretty sure that ages ago, I actually saw the guys actually laying down the fiber optic cables in the ground just across from my house, I dunno what's happening with them maybe it just takes a long time to get it up and running?
