I'm heading into Winter over here Though, at the moment, while it's nice inside it's still way too hot to be outside for very long.
I despise hot weather. It really kills me here because with heat comes really sticky humidity that oppresses me to the point of needing to drink 6+ bottles of water just to keep from getting dehydrated from all the sweating I do. I wish I could move between hemispheres every 6 months, and experience fall and winter forever.
I quite like warm/hot weather, I prefer it to cold weather, or would if I could have it without the humidity which is something I don't get here often at all
Yeah, here in the American southeast, it's never not humid in the summer. So winter for me please. :derpe: I enjoy cold, because I can do my job without sweating. My philosophy is, when it's cold, you can put on as many layers as you need to warm up. But when it's hot, you can only do so much to cool off until you're out of luck.
But it will heat back up. Work is killer right now, my body is just one big OW. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
I love 3D modelling, with just a little knowledge and skill you can get a pretty nice looking picture with relatively little effort, almost like cheating.
I like to try my hand at all sorts of things, I'm never going to be great at a lot of them, but then that doesn't really matter I just love to create things.
I'm different, I like to create, but what happens when the finally product fails to achieve what you wanted. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
Was that meant to be a statement, or was it supposed to have a question mark? I'll answer it as a question anyway. First of all I go in expecting the worst but hoping for the best. If it fails to achieve what I wanted then I'll take what I've learnt does/doesn't work (Even if it's a failure overall there'll usually be some good qualities about it) and simply try something else while keeping those things in mind. Then just rinse and repeat.
I guess it could have been either. I start something with a goal, I've probably only ever reached one. Sometimes the things you learn don't translate to what you wanted. So, I might have learned something, but it has no real value. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
I think that might be where we differ, for me, I don't really care what I learn. Anything I do learn I just go with, I play with it, see what I can do with it, take it to the limits, use it in the "wrong" way. I guess it's a way of having some direction but without knowing where it will lead.
And we will probably differ with the way we view the finally product. I pick out all the failures in them. My favorite picture( the Platinum one) is only my favorite because it's the has the least faliures in it. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
