Of course it's important to live in the present. You're absolutely right we shouldn't be wasting our time constantly dreaming about the future. But this isn't what hope is about. We can live in the present, work hard and at the same time have hope for the future to turn out alright. Hope can give you the strenght to work even harder in order to accomplish what you want. Therefore, in my opinion; If you want to be practical, you should have hope.

I will revise my statement, as I have come to more clear terms. Hope is useless without action. In pixel's case, he is hoping to get a better artist, but is also continuously drawing to get better. "Lets hope for a better tomorrow" Something said countless times, but with everyone agreeing with it, but barely anyone doing anything to get there, it all falls to chance, and thus useless.
Yes and that action is called willpower. Without willpower hope is nothing but a thought. But I still stand by my previous statement, fear is the absence of hope. Wait...WHAT!? Hi everypony am back from paintball, It was lots of fun, I got hit all over my mask and square on my thigh. I shot a few paintballs that connected so it was overall a good round.
I'm currently making a giant castle on Minecraft. It's quite spooky actually, I'm really proud. Just need to make it less dull on the outside... I've always had trouble making the exterior look good on buildings. Edit; @51m That feeling when you shoot a single ball, and it flies straight across the battlefield, and splats someone right on the helmet, splatting all over what would be his eyes... I wanna go paintballing again now...
We should have a giant minecraft war. Move our castles into one battlefield, and just kill each other to death, destroy each others castles, defend our own. that'd be awesome.
