I usually have random things appear in my dreams, much like everyone else. I've had Lyra pop up in a dream where I was in a college studying for a test. She peaks her head around a corner and I scratch my head, puzzled. I get up and look around the corner and she wasn't there. I shrug and go back to studying. I got an F. I suck at tests in dreams and real life.
Well, I had my first semi-100% pony related "dream". And yes, I realized that "semi-100%" doesn't make sense. You'll see why I say that. But first I guess I should explain that it may or may not have actually been a "dream". A lot of times I'm actually semi-conscious instead of sleeping, so it's not really dreaming. So this may have been a dream or it may have been an actual thought process I was having... in which case I should really get that checked out. All my dreams are 100% random. Anyways, as to what the dream actually was... It started off in World of Warcraft (which is odd seeing as how I haven't even heard that game be mentioned in months) when some random group of people I'd never met and I went to go to a raid. When we got there I was instantly teleported to some other universe where ponies must exist, but it definitely wasn't Equestria. I found a group of ponies that included Twilight, Snips, and Snails doing... something. I don't know what. Whatever it was it caused Twilight to break her horn. She panicked until she realized that Snails had told her what to do if she ever broke her horn (Which I'm confused as to how Snails knew something like that...), and then Snips became a human because apparently I got bored. Putting a break here because for a while nothing pony-related happens. I'll put another one when it starts up again. Then Twilight, "Snips", and I were teleported to some world where you stood on platforms and it changed your gender... That's all it did. Pretty pointless, but "Snips" and I used them anyways. Then the 3 of us were teleported AGAIN to some college room that had the strictest professor ever and for some reason it would rain every 20 seconds but then stop. We just plain left the class and were teleported back to the gender-changing platform world, which I had apparently changed to turn people into ponies. (Also, "Snips" disappeared and was never seen again.) I guess technically this counts as pony-related stuff again. The platforms that could now turn you into a pony could turn you into any of the mane 6, so I picked Twilight... So yes, there were 2 Twilights in my dream now. After that we were teleported to some world where we had to complete different challenges in order to fix Twilight's horn. Most of the people hosting the challenges were jerks and wouldn't let us win even when we obviously did. After a few challenges we broke something on the wall, didn't know how to fix it, panicked, and decided that the best thing to do is make a giant blue cake that ended up exploding before I either woke up or decided to just get out of bed and stop lying there. ... You know, I think it's a good thing I normally don't have dreams. And if people say dreams try to tell you something... Well, good luck trying to make sense out of that.
Interesting. Dash. I think I understand what you mean by semi concious dreams. I had a dream last night where my Mum got progressively insane until she pointed a gun at me. During the gun part I was aware I was asleep and could open my eyes if I wanted too. I did as I was wrestling the gun off her. Just because I wasn't entirely sure it was a dream and opened my eyes just to make sure. cause i was scared. I could go into detail but it's not pony related so I won't. But still I have never remember so many dreams, pony or not, until I became a brony. Strange.
I do not had dreams with ponies still But Rarity dress making music keeps happening on my head when I'm trying to sleep >: Curse you rarity ;_; let me go sleep!
Ever since I started matching MLP, I've been remembering my dreams much more often. While I haven't had any dreams specifically about ponies, every night, without warning, I see Pinkie Pie walking around in the background. Nothing happens related to her, she just appears for a moment, walking by. She's doing nothing interesting, nothing at all, she's just passing through. So, basically, Pinkie Pie has been haunting my dreams. It's kind of scary.
I only dreamed about ponies, once. But we were in war. I swear the my mind loves wars. Shoot, about a month ago. when i had it. it was Omaha beach and see everyone was a ponies, including myself. As soon as the gate was done opening in the LVT boat, Bullets were flying. The problem of this dream is the normally you would see them walking on all four legs but nope. everyone pony soldier was running on there two back legs and me as well. I get shelled and was flying in the air and when i hit the ground. I look to my one side and i see a traumatized pony, crying for his mother and i look on my other side to only fine a pony with half of his body missing. After that, I wake up around 3am. I was like. i don't know what came outta my mouth. But i believe i said something like it felt so real, like it was actually there. but it was all just a dream. So i try to dream it again but failed. Why do Dreams make it as if we were wish it was real?
^^^ Whoa, that's a pretty hardcore dream... It kinda wants to make me read a fic about Ohama Beach+Ponies.... I've always liked reading about WWII, not that I LIKED the war or anything... Still, I sort of liked reading that dream, but yeah, sometimes dreams do that... There's some dreams I remember from when I was a kid, and remember them in full detail.
Dammit, I had another dream with something related but this one is so awkward I don't want to share it. worse then pissing on my bedroom floor, worse then one of my lectures getting naked. Worse then a Tornado and worse then my Mum pulling a gun on me and holding me hostage. But it involved me listening to the Fluttershy song, Fireflies parody. Thats all you need to know. Please don't let these dreams get any worse I am seriously getting scared about closing my eyes now. How they hay can Love and Tolerance spawn, dreams that are..... not?
You can''t just go hyping your dream up and then not tell us Setzer XD! At least it had a good song though!
I've only had one pony-related dream. Something with being a reporter interviewing Twilight at Canterlot Castle. And for some reason the outside of the castle looked like Peach's Castle from SM64. Can barely remember what went down, other than Twilight acting rather...odd...
I have had dreams lately of turning MLP into a video game with a Mega Man/Mega Man X format. Anybody interested in me going into detail? If so, I'll start my own thread about it.
i had a dream i was making this cake for a wedding with pinkie pie(complete with the cupcakes song) and then i had to go help rarity find some gems for the dress,,but spike ended up eating them and grew to the size of the cathedral and i had to run across his back and punch him in the face and he sicked up the gems and turned into an egg BEST DREAM EVER!
