I never cried to a song alone, but if it is put together with a sad scene I start balling. The movie "Hachiko a dogs tale" really made me cry, it was just such a sad story.
There are a few that made me chocked up. War horse and Saving Private Ryan is just one of the few movies that had music that i cried to.
There were a couple of songs that made me cry, but I was also just on the edge of tears anyway. Aeris' Theme from Final Fantasy VII and A Star No More by Pon-E Sharp.

Only once. And that was My Heart Will Go On after watching Titanic. It doesn't still make me cry, but it did when I first heard it. It still makes me feel very emotional, though.
Not exactly a song, but the story that went with the song:
Her death is one of the most the moving scenes I've ever had the privilege of seeing. Sent from my GT-I9000 using Tapatalk 2
Never cry, but some songs can shake me up if they coincide with real life happenings. After AJtheEngineer/Tsyolin released his cover of For the New Lunar Republic, it was so hard to listen to because NACP had left the fandom already and it was just so sad of an orchestral. Pianos are the the most emotional instrument for me (right in front of the electric guitar). I know a lot of people say they could cry to some of Buckethead's music, particularly stuff from Colma and Population Override. Gundam SEED - Episode 40. There's a song that plays during the final escape from Earth/Orb. FictionJunction - Akatsuki no Kuruma I won't spoil the episode and why that song is emotional, though.
> This Day Aria > A Long Way From Equestria > My Little Pony Extended Theme > My Heart Will Go On > Cosmic Love (Florence and the Machine) > Love is in Bloom > One Last Letter > Awakening (Christopher Mae) > How Could This Happen To Me > Spoiler: I can't even.... I've definitely cried to songs before. I'm a person who is very connected with their emotions and as such I feel what needs to be felt from whatever work requires it. None come off of the top of my head that I've cried at recently but it's a very human thing to do, I feel.
Violet Hill by Coldplay, How to Save a Life by the Fray, Hallelujah by Rufus Wainright, Konoya no Uta from Black Cat, and Gortoz A Ran from Black Hawk Down
