Tara Strong and Lauren Faust getting behind the Bronycon doc has really helped it on Kickstarter. It is officially more than 200% funded now at over 120K, with 12 days to go. Hopefully it gets over 200K by the end! I'm seriously tempted to up my measly financial backing on this even more, but I will have to check my finances first.
I upped my pledge enough to get an autographed blu-Ray and art print. I also went to seen Men in Black 3 today, and it was amazing! I got a little choked up at the end. Fun thing happened, though. At the very end before the credits, when the music was starting to build up as MiB tends to do at the end of their movies, the fire alarm went off and the flashing lights and siren made me think it was staged, like it was set up to neuralize the audience. But then we heard someone on the PA telling us to evacuate, so we did. The timing was just absolutely perfect though I thought it was part of the movie at first. xD We never figured out what was going on though. The wasn't a fire and the evac was just for our floor. I saw one cop, but other than that, no clue.
Awesome. Those will be some amazing items to have. MiB3 was great. I almost like it as much as the original. Definitely an improvement after the mediocre second film. Hate seeing all the lukewarm reviews it has been getting, though.
