    That sounds awesome.

My mom told me that my grandpa used to shoot squirrels out of the pecan tree.(Which we dont have anymore)And one time..her dogs shredded one.
She thought they were fighting but grandpa said they maimed a squirrel.

I would like to have seen that.

Come to think of it, I've seen a lot of cool bird stuff. Last winter, a murder of crows stopped to rest in my back yard. There were probably thirty of them and I guess they landed because my mom liked to keep our bird feeder full.

Another time, when I was at college, a red-tailed hawk attacked a squirrel in its nest high up in a tree. I never knew a squirrel could scream. The nest fell about 20 feet down and crashed to the ground.

About 30 to 40 inches, just going by the body. The wingspan can get to 7 feet, though.

I've never seen a wild bald eagle, that'd be cool.

I live way down in the south, so big birds like Bald eagles is something we never see. But I did see one once, it just randomly decided to chill around Mobile bay. It was a very gorgeous bird!

I live in the UK, so the chances of me seeing a bald eagle are pretty much zero. My closest experience with birds is either me chasing a massive flock of pigeons or me getting crapped on several timess by seagulls.

when me and a few of my friends went to the beach, we decided to lure in a flock of seagulls and try to catch them with a towel. We were very un-successful....

You can never catch seagulls. Seagulls are man's natural enemy. They use their ability to fly to their advantage and they drop their waste on us. But some day, mankind will evolve. Then we will see who craps on whom.

well while they were busy with a can of chips, we would sneak up behind them and try to toss the towel over them. The wind was very strong so they floated mostly to us, but they trolled and flew right out of our reach at last second..

One time I went to a theme park in Florida, where they kept a lot of animals. They had an aviary full of tropical birds where you could buy a small cup of necter to feed them with. I got one and I went in, hoping to have one land on my arm........about eight or nine lorikeets landed on my hands, arms, shoulders, and head.

One screeched in my ear and nibbled at it. My feelings were alternating from "D'aaaww" to "OW! Get the buck OFF!"
