Gotta love the Zebra girl. On the one hand everyone was supposedly scared of her for no reason. On the other... apparently she really is a witch. And can curse people. I think the Zecora episode was the anti-racism episode. They neglected her because of the colour of her skin and then they trash her house because they thought she was an African witch doctor. Then they learnt not to judge a book by its cover.
Oh dear. I think that the facts that she really is a witch doctor, she is a foreigner, and she is actually a different species from the other kinds of ponies (probably farther removed from them than they are from each other) make Zecora a really bad example of a target of racism. They do make her awesome, though.

Zecora to me has always been one of the best caracters. I mean who couldn't like a zebra/witch doctor.

I'm not too much of a big fan of Zecora. I don't hate her, just I don't like her very much. Her design's a bit too quirky for me, probably because of the mohican mane, however, she's quite a nice character when it boils down to it. I think the one thing that miffs me off is how I can go into a chat or something and somepony'll say: "Hay why aren't you talking in rhymes?" "What?" "You're the PoeticPony right? Shouldn't that mean you talk like Zecora?" True story brony.
Agreed, Zecora's a pretty cool character, and severely underused IMO. I'd love to see an episode in season 3 (or 4) where the mane six go with her to her homeland to help her with some sort of problem or what not.
I argee she's really underused, she is such a neat and different character. And in Bridle Gossip, it really shows Applebloom's innocence as a child-she is the first to seek Zecora out to legitly know who she is. And Zecora accpets her as a friend on equal grounds, even when AB steals the Heart's Desire Zecora is forgiving and tolorent. It shows a lot about her, as she is rather incovinced by the pony culutre-ponies being afiard of her cuz she was different and such. Rasta is a religon for both the Carribean and Africa, where it was born~ (Ethopia) Zecora's dealings are more like Obeah, witch doctor-eqsue rituals born in the Carribean, easpilly Jamaica.
I could not stop laughing after I read that twice to make sure I understood it right. LOLOLOL Anyways, I like Zecora enough. What I DON'T like is having to roleplay as her. It's freaking HARD, dude. Especially when you have to TALK so MUCH in stinkin' RHYME.
