    Gimp and Paint.net are both free versions of it and work the same. Just no fancy label. And gimp lets you make .gifs.

    Remember all my old animated avatars Dashie? Maybe not. But anyway, the things themseves were too big to use, so I used gimp to resize and keep the quality. Gif quality still sucks though. If it were any better it would take years to load.
