Oh you are right, and I agree with you. I mean, that is essentially why I don't go there any more. I'd just like people to know that going on 4chan doesn't mean you are there solely for /b/. Besides, it's ALL about EveryPony.
Even if /b/ isn't the sole reason for going there, I still wouldn't go there. I don't particularly like its interface.
Anyways I stopped going to 4chan, I just don't like it lol. Ponychan needs more ponies. and, EPF needs more ponies of ponies.
Probably not a good idea to post something like that, testy. This is general chat, just bring up some random topic.
Random topic? I cried during Finding Nemo when I was 15 because of a phobia of water I got from the Teletubbies. Random enough?
NEWS TIME: I'm going camping for the next ten days. However, this campsite has Wi-Fi, and I'm bringing my laptop. o3o Basically, I'll still be on, just not as much, m'kay?
Camping is on my bucket list. It's pretty much a must do. I love the outdoors and I love wildlife. Have fun, test!
For me, camping is one of those things that are nothing but bad experiences, bringing things such as soggy clothes, uncomfortable sleeps and bugs everywhere, yet are somehow amazingly fun. I love camping, and it just wouldn't be the same if I had a good night's sleep in some dry clothes. No sarcasm either, I'm serious.
I remember camping over a weekend when I was in Boy Scouts. We had to set up a tarp, grill, and our tents in torrential rain. My dad was there to help us and even though we were soaked to the bone, it was the most fun I had in a while!
I remember a winter campout my troop did.....we chose a campsite right next to a ravine. The ravine was frozen due to the cold,, but we all thought it to be a good idea to stomp on the ice and drop rocks down the ravine on it. After thirty minutes, the ice cracked under my boots. I was only soaked up to my knees, but my tent mate fell in face first.....He went home early and I dried my boots by the fire, but my boots got melted....that was fun......no sarcasm
Ah yes. I used to be in BSA too. Of course, our troop was slightly evil. It made camping more interesting. As much as I miss it, I'm a technophile, a weekend without technology would kill me now.
I remember this one camping trip that I went on with my family, down in Wilson's Prom. It was all great fun, the wildlife was amazing, there were so many birds and bush critters of all sorts. My dad took memoout to a jetty and taught me how to fish properly. It did rain a little bit, but afterwards it was so sunny and bright, and the rainbow arcing over the mountains was almost a magical sight to behold. Everything was going fine, until the last night, when a particularly grumpy Wombat rushed me xP Seriously, the little fella just kept headbutting my tent, for what seemed like forever, until he got bored and wandered off Good times, good times
Camping with Wi-Fi? Man I'm pretty jealous. Last time I went camping was like two years ago with a lot of my friends for some church-related thing. We were originally going to go to some motel, but decided on this at the spur of the moment. Gotta love how someone brought a bag of rice, then boiled eggs while cooking the rice over the campfire hehe. Sadly I haven't truly had any 'legitimate' camping experiences yet.
*pfft* camping. sleeping on the ground (or a spider filled bunk) in a poorly set up contraption. not fun for me. i've camped in tents and adirondacks (basically a 3 walled log cabin. may as well slept outside with no cover since we didn't have sheets or tarps for the fourth wall). Late night outhouse walks (with animals walking around you), and bugs and dirt, and other things that are icky. (wow, tapped into my inner Rarity there....) My idea of camping is a motel with a black and white tv with no remote.
