I haven't heard anything official yet about FIM appearing on dutch television, but I did come across this intro song on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oV_11XGHoog I honestly don't know what to think of it. It's kind of cool.. I guess? I really like how they voiced Twilight and Fluttershy, but I'm dubious about the other four. If they put some effort and heart in translating the series, it might actually be cool. But so many Dutch-translated cartoons end up sounding horrible... So how does it sound to you guys? Wow.... I liked the VA for Fluttershy (perfect, as usual), Twilight, and maybe Applejack but the other three.....wow. Rainbow Dash's voice disturbed me. Huh, I'm gonna look for more...

Haha, I actually liked TS and Fluttershy as well. AJ's and RD's were, IMO, terrible, hahaha. Pinkie's wasn't good either. She needs to have the highest pitched voice. I'm indifferent toward Rarity. Overall, I'm just gonna stick with the English version
Here you go! Not too interested in a Dutch dub myself, but I had to look for something like this (even though I highly doubt I'd watch the show on tv). I got to say I find the voice they gave Spike very annoying, but on the other side I like the one for Twilight Sparkle. When I hear Rainbow Dash talk my mind sees Alex from the Dutch version of Totally Spies, which results in a very weird image when she's talking about prancing around, but the problem for Rainbow Dash is that I just love the English voice for her way too much (and I think the same almost counts for Pinkie Pie).

Apparently it was a single episode that came with a Twilight Sparkle toy (they've got that episode on youtube in other languages as well). Watch it! You know you want to.
lucky enough there's no Croatian dub (yet). although, I like original dubs way more than translated, Croatian dub of Spongebob and Lion King's Timon and Pumba were better than the original dub: http://www.natelki.com/video/1617/Spuzva-Bob-Skockani-epizoda-7 so there is still hope.
