Your honor, I would like permission to change the topic of my essay to the topic of Echoax's drawing. You could make a drawing about what my essay is about. Hey Lyon!
ello and question what would you call a Pegasus with a red body black mane with the drama mask as a cutie mark? im having trouble naming her
No problem. I think simple names are best. Then again I'm crap with names. I have a school teacher OC named Platinum. Yeah that's gonna work. It worked when she worked for her father. That part of my story changed though. [size=-5]why continue, people don't care[/size] -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Darkthrone, Isengard, Slayer, Metallica, Manowar, Iron Maiden, Bathory, Mayhem Yeah, a fair bit.
Minor threat and a few others. Everything else is crap. That's means 80s punk only -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
I've been well. I'm also pretty sleepy. Oh, that's good. This guy! I know some of the bigger bands, as well as some of the one-hit-wonders.
Iron Maiden, Metallica, Judas Priest, Dream Theater (technically started in the 80's :derpe, Black Sabbath. Other bands that started in the 70's but made stuff in the 80's as well like Foreigner, Queen, Styx. I'd say Boston, but they broke up in 79 and didn't get back together until much later. I enjoy Journey, though don't know a ton of songs by them.
sleep is for the weak. nah, jk. Mind sharing some :3 I'm making a playlist for my dad. Being that its father's day here. @yami. its amazing that some have made it through the years.
Don't know genesis and forigner. Don't like the other 2. ***************************** I'm at 3 full heroes. Origin story, plot, setting. All I need is villans or a villan. My brother has nothing. I'm doing all the work for this thing. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
Well, "the eighties" is a pretty diverse label for a group of songs. Metal/Rock: Enter Sandman [Metallica], Livin' on a Prayer [Bon Jovi], You Shook Me All Night Long [AC/DC], Welcome to the Jungle [Guns N' Roses], We're Not Gonna Take It [Twisted Sister], What I Like About You [The Romantics]. Pop: Tainted Love [Soft Cell], Too Shy [Kajagoogoo], Billie Jean [Michael Jackson], Take on Me [A-ha], You Spin Me Round (Like A Record) [Dead or Alive]. Those are some popular songs from the era that I'm familiar with. I like "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister the best, though I do prefer most 70's Rock to most 80's (and onward) Rock for one reason: the genre began to change when the lyrics moved from being about how hard it was to be in a band (there were tons of those in the 70's) to how cool being in a band makes you (there were tons of those from the 80's onward). I think that changed the soul of the genre, though it's true that a lot of artists have gone back to those roots. Anyway, Twisted Sister, everypony: [video=youtube;4xmckWVPRaI]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xmckWVPRaI[/video]
