    I think Dragon being the highest is a clever feature
    seeing as how they have been gone so long, no one knows how to smith the stuff
    it would take a master smith since basically your inventing the procedure yourself

    Well it's a little late for that. Fallout already is Elder Scrolls. xD Fallout 3 and New Vegas are completely unlike Fallout 1 and 2.

    Can't argue with that. Personally I find more enjoyment with Fallout 3 and NV than with Elder Scrolls.

    So do I there is just something about the atmosphere, playing through them was an experiance of a life time.

    I do love the Elder Scrolls though, the Lore is just amazing. I think I know more about it then real life Lore.
    I am a self proclaimed maaster of Elder Scrolls Lore.

    That's a snag for me. I never read anything I comes across. :derpe: I just read it to see if it boosts a stat, then put it down.

    For Fallout, what does it for me is the awesome humor of it. It never takes itself too seriously.

    I mean in Skyrim you take down an ancient dragon who intends to end all things atop the highest mountain in the land. Cool. In Fallout 3, you storm the Lincoln Memorial with the aid of a giant robot named Liberty Prime who constantly spouts anti-communist propaganda while blowing crap up with is lazors. AWESOME.

    And thanks for the tip! I didn't know that about skill books.

    Dragonbone armor and weapons are the strongest, but they're also incredibly heavy. If you want good balance, Deadric is probably better.
