Right, I asked because I was having some sort of troubles coming up with a history. The other parts might not be a problem with me though. I'll edit in the bio to this post.
I'm trying for Fluttershy, if that's alright with you. Well I have the idea that Fluttershy's parents died and she was sent to an orphanage, where she built up anger for years (from age 5 to 13). Despite showing anger to any of the ponies that wanted to adopt her, one of them ends up taking her home with him and giving her a home. He doesn't try to change Fluttershy, and because Fluttershy doesn't want to live on the streets she lives with the stallion for a few years. The stallion gets an unknown disease and the doctors inject him with what they think is the cure, but the cure kills him. Fluttershy goes into a rage because she still has lots of anger held back and has grown slightly attached to the stallion over the years. Fluttershy then started wrecking the hospital and harming some of the staff out of anger, and Celestia comes in, asks Fluttershy to go with her to Ponyville and there Fluttershy meets the other Elements of discord. I have a longer version that I've been typing up for what I think has been the past half an hour. If this is okay with you I'll finish typing it out and edit it in to my previous post.
Hmm... it sounds good to me, just remember that Fluttershy is the Element of Cruelty and that her 'base of operation' is The Sanctuary in the Everfree Forest where she works on improving her 'children' (a.k.a. breeds/raises monsters and dangerous beasties). Also don't forget Angel and to say what kind of bunny he is.
Right... It seems this doesn't have that much interest. I'm kinda worried that it's not enough for us to eventually start.

Fluttershy's Bio: Fluttershy's parents were in Manehattan visiting their friends one day. Her mother was currently pregnant and during said visit, her mother went into labor. She was quickly brought to the nearest hospital, where she gave birth to Fluttershy. Shortly after, the room next to hers caught aflame, which quickly escalated into a full on fire and engulfed the entire hospital rather quickly. One of the nurses managed to get Fluttershy out alive before the building was inescapable. The nurse decided to take Fluttershy in and raise her, but it only lasted about a few years before the nurse couldn't raise her anymore and she sent Fluttershy to an orphanage where Fluttershy will stay until she is thirteen. During her time at the orphanage, she was bullied, made fun of and insulted on many, many occasions. She didn't like it, and she didn't like the ponies doing that were doing those things to her. She hated them. So over the years she let her hatred for them grow and grow, until she finally snapped. She played harmful pranks on them, started rumors through pieces of paper, and did downright cruel things. This made her very happy. One day a stallion came by the orphanage and decided to adopt Fluttershy, despite what the staff there said about her behavior, and the cruelty Fluttershy showed him. He brought her to a small home outside Ponyville, near the Everfree forest. Outside this home, lived many small animals. This is where Fluttershy got accustomed to animals. At first she showed cruelty towards her foster parent and the nearby animals, but she grew to like them over time. Despite how much hatred she still held, she found times when she smiled, and spent time with her foster parent and the animals around the house. Soon she had to go to school, since she had minimal education from being in an orphanage. At school she was occasionally bullied, like at the orphanage, which kept her anger and hate at somewhat high levels. At the age of eighteen, she finished school in hopes that she could finally abandon most of her negative emotions, only to come home and find her foster parent, who she grew very attached to over the years, lying on the floor looking pale and sickly. She checked his heartbeat and breathing, which were both faint. She quickly flew to the hospital and brought back ponies to try and help him. They brought him to the hospital shortly afterwards to find he had an unknown disease. They tried to figure out what it was through magic, and thought they found what it was, so they injected him with the cure for said disease, only to find out that it killed him almost instantly. When they told Fluttershy this, she looked at them with a shocked expression for a moment, then went into a rage. Fluttershy harmed some of the nearby staff when she flung things around. This is when Celestia came in, and found Fluttershy. She told Fluttershy what she was, and Element of Discord, and asked her if she would join Celestia and the other Elements of Discord. Seeing she had nothing else to lose, Fluttershy agreed. Now Fluttershy resides within the sanctuary of the everfree forest, managing the vicious animals there. Fluttershy has a natural way with animals and nature, from spending time with them so much, allowing her to genetically manipulate her creatures, whether they like it or not. She also has a 'bunny' that follows her around. It was once a bunny, but was mutated and changed into an evil creature. It has similar features, but is much larger than the average bunny. It is almost as tall as Fluttershy, and has sharp teeth and claws, and is slightly muscly. It's eyes are bloodshot and cold, and the only reason it hasn't torn you apart yet is because Fluttershy hasn't given it permission yet. She calls it Angel Bunny, and is one of Fluttershy's more powerful creatures, because he is agile and can tear a pony apart with his claws easy (although that wouldn't happen because I'm pretty sure gore isn't allowed, so no tearing, it was just an example.) Fluttershy stays within the confines of the Sanctuary of the Everfree mostly, only leaving if she has to. Her creatures come to her and carry out her plans for her. The dark magics part, if you don't agree with that, tell me. You said she created her own children and I had no idea how to explain that, other than with what I said in the bio. If you don't agree, tell me and I'll change it.
The magic part isn't actually need, as Fluttershy simply has a strong connect with and way with animals, making it a small thing for her to have some of her children nearby. She is a beast mistress, that has trained and broken the monsters/beasties his controls. On the making of the monsters/beastie she does this through genetic manipulation and breeding, even having scientists to help her. How does that sound?
Trixie? TRIXIE TRIXIETRIXIETRIX- *cough* Yeah, I'll take Trixie If the time comes and we still need more, I can settle for a dupe too. BIO: Spoiler: Magic *snort* *snort* Trixie lived a generally happy life in her younger years. Her most prominent memory of her time in Magic Kindergarden was when her mother gifted her a hat and cloak with swirls on it for her cute cinera, stating "If you believe enough that you can do it, you can do anything." Trixie holds onto this cloak dearly. When she grew out of it, she had a new, larger one tailored for her, but she always kept the old one with her. When Starlight Moon returned and once again took arms against her sister, Trixie's family was on her side the entire battle. When she was corrupted and defeated, Trixie's family was apprehended. As punishment for their efforts, Celestia sent her pupil Twilight to murder her parents. Trixie fought back, but was roughly defeated and downed for two weeks. A while after the incident with her parents, Trixie fueled her hatred for Twilight enough to come up with a plan to "accidentally" kill her during a show incident. She crafted and bought many things to create a pageant wagon for shows that she would perform to earn money. When she got to Ponyburg, she was outraged when all of the elements of chaos challenged her except Twilight. Eventually, she called Twilight up personally and "accidentally" summoned an Ursa Major in an attempt to assassinate her. Trixie's plan backfired when she only summoned an Ursa Minor, and Twilight defeated it with ease. Twilight took pity on her, deciding to spare her life over the incident, but the entirity of the town was not as merciful. She was beaten, clobbered, and insulted repeatedly before being thrown out to think about her life. Trixie indeed thought about her life. Had her mother lied to her? Could she NOT do anything? Trixie wandered the roads with her pageant wagon that she had managed to save from the mob, performing shows to obtain money for food. At the end of one of her shows, she retreated into the wagon the find a stallion had snuck in and was sitting on her chair. He was there because he had heard about what had happened to her family and wished to "help." Trixie joined to order eagerly and began with sorting histories and aiding in the training of unicorns. She slowly increased her reputation with the entire order, and before she knew it she was one of the heads of the order. Who would have known? Fixed. Sorta.
Wait wait, one problem. Starlight Moon was banished to the moon for a 1000 years as such the rebellion and founding happened before Trixie's time. Yet it could be worked that Trixie's ancestors joined the rebellion so many years ago and that her family have been supporters of the Order ever since. That on Starlight's return Trixie stood ready to support the mare her family had respected for so many years... yet this venture failed on Starlight's defeat by the Dark Elements. Also take out raping please and remember that not everything will be the same. For one there is not Ponyville in this setting but Ponyburg, as the 'town' is much larger in dark Equestria. I do like what you have though just fix what I brought up
Ehehe....woops! That was a big mistake. As for the rape, it says grimdark in the title, so I assumed it would be much darker than normal. :derpe: Forgive me, I've been reading too much Game of Thrones recently.
Rape will play some part in the storyline, so if you really think you can justify it you may keep it in... I just wish to avoid bring it up too much. Even in Grimdark rape is a sensitive subject. Another thing to bring up is when she officually joins the Order and her becoming a high level member, her relationship with and friendship with the other members like Blueblood and Gilda.
I have yet to see their bios, I can't base storyline off nothing. I'll go add her initiation to the order, though.
These will be the basis of the characters though: * Harmony: This strange yet powerful being brought about the coming of Starlight Moon and helped create the Midnight Order over 1000 years ago. Currently she is the secret guardian and source of wisdom for the Midnight Order, only know by the high level members... yet she is spoken of by others. Could be said to be the one in charge if it wasn't for the fact she lets others do so. * Prince Blueblood (Element of Generosity): high level member of the Midnight Order, keeps an eye on his aunts as well as Rarity's activity with Canterlot elites. Out of all the high level members he is look on the most for leadership and to give the orders. * Trixie (Element of Magic): high level member of the Midnight Order parents killed by Twilight. In addition, when she tried to face Twilight she was mocked, humiliated, and left for dead. The most magically gifted in the Order and the one in charge of training unicorns in more advanced magic as well as keeper of lore. * Gilda (Element of Loyalty): high level member of the Midnight Order, betrayed by Rainbow Dash and forced to watch her kind hunted and killed for sport by the pegasi. In charge of combat training and has connections with the Griffin Kingdom. * Flim and Flam (Elements of Honesty): high level members of the Midnight Order, ran out of business by Applejack. A good head for numbers and money, as such they are in charge of the Orders flow of money and how to use it. In addition always seems to have a catchy tone to lighten the mood. * Ditzy Doo (Element of Laughter): high level member of the Midnight Order, her daughter dinky killed by Pinkamena. Knows how to get information, packages, and mail around Equestria undetected. * Iron Will (Element of Kindness): high level member of the Midnight Order, an intimidating yet good hearted minotaur that motivates other members to do everything they can for themselves and stand up for themselves. He gives confidence where there had not been such before and show that everypony can become great. ------------------------- Trixie will have some sort of connection with each of there characters and they all know Harmony. Perhaps you can use the above to come up with her joining the Order and working her way up to to being a high level member. How she come to be in charge of training other unicorns and through this even work side by side with Gilda (as she is in charge of physical combat training).

Well I see no flaws with it really, perhaps suggest adding a bit more detail. Question how do you plan on showing a bit of Trixie's personality form the show? What of her talking in third person?
I was already planning to talk as "The Great and Powerful Trixie!", but I suppose I forgot to mention WHY she calls herself that. Also, I'm a roleplayer, not a fanfic writer! I'm not cut out for writing all this.
Hey you did great, the only reason I suggested more detail is as I told those on a site I am Mod on "A happy pony is a detailed pony". I believe that you can better roleplay a character if it is detailed. Of any case your history is good. On the reason why she would speak, "Well Trixie does not believe this is such a good idea, Trixie thinks it is foolish" is because of her mental and emotional trauma of seeing her parents murdered, her abuse and humiliation at the hooves of Twilight and others. Personally I would inviston Trixie being something of a broken bird that hides herself behind a mask of confidence and superiority. Yet dispite all this she still manages to be a good soul, going out of her way to show others can be great and powerful like she is. Still manages to be a skilled teacher of unicorn magic. Just a suggestion
