    Here's an explanation of the situation (as I see it).

    Twilight is responding to Mystic Heart, who asked where the cure for the Poison Joke was. I figure it's okay to stay since you're headed there anyway.
    Spike is with Follia in the Inn. Toxi Rain has just left to...uh, go to Band Practice (actually she's being NPC'd by me. She still lives).
