I thought I remembered that I had something really funny to point out...but now I don't remember what it was.
After looking back and forth a few times, I concede to only notably seeing two different lookalikes. >.> I'm confused.
remember, quills dice hate me and so fireheart got a critical fail in perception so she had really noticed that much and still had the houses in her mind.
You are correct, Eight Star. Cobra, please don't put words in my (the narrator's) mouth. This isn't a completely freeform RP, it is run by a GM (me). I will introduce the other look-alikes when I get to it. You may search for others who look like the Mane 6, and I (or more correctly, the dice) will decide whether or not you find them. Please post a reply acknowledging that you've read and understand this. If you have any questions, I will be more than happy to address them. In fact, everypony, if you would please post a reply to this, I would appreciate it, either here, or through a PM. Thanks. EDIT:The Critical Fail means that you didn't notice that the pony bears a striking similarity to Rarity. You merely heard a couple of ponies squabbling over some fabric. Only Jhera noticed the resembalance. Lightning made an educated guess based on the information that was given (which is allowed).
I'm not quite sure what to make of Cobra's post either. I only read about two lookalikes, and those are Rarity and Fluttershy. No idea how he got that there were five lookalikes, and the two we're seeing are Applejack and Pinkie Pie. EDIT: Wow, I missed several posts in the time it took to make this one. Anyway, perhaps state that you're just going along with the failed roll next time Cobra? Quill, I read and understand.
Okay Quill, let me get this straight. Not that I'm arguing with you, just making sure I have all my facts in line before I make an educated guess on anything... Entropy got over 20, and 20 is a "perfect" roll, and he still couldn't read the sign? 0.0
That's what I was thinking. ...Curses! Foiled again! Now he can't even read...oh wait, no. Silver likes reading. Entropy likes military strategy. So, what's up nao? Let's go post sommat!
Pfft... YOU post. I'm talking to Posey like the annoying Fizz I was meant to be. (Side-Ad: Did you see the info on The Remaining Days, Legion?)
xD Entropy is trying to go the normal route. Guards tend to have one-track minds when their Princess they swore to protect has been kidnapped, I suppose.
At the risk of spoiling things, Entropy read the sign perfectly. And, actually, Natural 20 is automatic success. The GM can set the difficulty of a task at whatever he wants. Make all the educated guesses you want.
I know natural 20 is different than over 20 when it isn't natural, that's why I said it was "perfect". But okay, I shall make educated guesses!
Like Entropy, Fireheart and Dark Shine read from the book the way it was intended to be read. Remember, my little ponies, high rolls are good, whether it's the result you want or not.
